Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. I was very happy to be able to switch to Dr. Frankman. He treats his patients with kindness and respect and is very professional. This was a much different experience from the orthodontist I saw before being switched to Dr. Frankman.

The Ortho dentist was amazing. He made jokes with my child, listened to all her questions and gave her answers to even the silly ones. She is an anxious child and his team In the back really made her feel comfortable.

Dr Frankmann has taken the time ti build trust with my daughter who has Down Syndrome. He is patient and with her and makes she she Is comfortable. He explains what he is going to do so I know hiw to help the communication gap if needed since she is fairly non verbal. So thankful He is her orthodontic provider

dentist did not speak with me after my daughters appointment to let me know what the next steps of treatment were going to be. I requested to speak with him and had to wait until he was available around 10 minutes. He seemed annoyed that I wanted to talk with him and he wasnt able to tell me why the next step was needed in a way I could understand. I still dont understand why my child needs a retainer.

Honestly, Dr Frankman and his staff have been professional, courteous and highly skilled. when there have been any issues or mechanical problems with my braces, they have responded quickly to correct them.The team never make you feel stupid or badly if a problem occurs. Dr. Frankmann always asks if I'm having any discomfort during services, which I appreciate. When my braces were first put on in April of this year, I had a few problems, each time I came back to the office (4 times in the 1st 2.5 weeks) the staff was very courteous, patient and made me feel so appreciated!!!!!

Dr. Frankmann is so kind. He understood why we had to take a break from my daughter's treatment and went out of his way to reassure me that her treatment would continue as though we hadn't had a break.

Dr frankmann is wonderful! My son is very hesitant about going to the dentist and he always talks calmly to him and never gets upset that it takes longer for my child to feel comfortable doing whatever procedure is needed

I had a minor conflict with my scheduled time and called and left message the night before to either reschedule or adjust the time. Someone called me back before 7:00 am so I could plan my day. They let me know that I could come in early and they would fit me in-which they did! I was very appreciative and everyone was so nice about it. Dr. Frankman is always so nice and makes everyone feel welcomed.

Dr. Frankmann had 4 appointments booked that morning at 7:00 am. One of the patient's was going to need a lot of realignment on her brackets and braces. Because his other appointments were quick checks, he explained to her that he was going to take care of the other patients first and come back to her because his other appointment were quicker. I really appreciate that he did that as I make her appointments early so I can get to work on time!

I had to bring my son back to adjust a wire in the back of his mouth. The orthodontist asked us to "make sure this was good before we left the first time." Honestly, we had already asked the assistant to clip it the day before. We have been very happy with Dr. Frankmann, but it seemed like he was "scolding" us a bit which I didn't really appreciate.
