As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

The dentist always talks to me about up-to-date things to know about my teeth.
She listens carefully and offers her professional opinion for guidance, while respecting the patients decision
Dr. Kopicki is amazing, Always smiling ear to ear. Showing great concern for the patients. Not just myself as Ive witnessed interactions with other patients upon arriving early for my own appointment. She literally has to be the best there is. I trust her with my life.
I appreciated that she fully explained my options and the pros/cons for each option.
Dr. Kopicki is always a pleasure to have, I wouldnt change a thing about her team & practice!
Dr. Kopicki was AWESOME! Very personable, answered all my questions.
My other son thank you transferred from Franklin to see Erin Kopick, dr.'s because of her care of Drew. She is an asset to your team. She cares about interacting with people.
Dr Kopicki was not well-informed of my daughter's history and current plan that was set by Dr Lisa which caused an argument to rise between her and myself regarding the date to which to begin adding braces. She was more interested in delaying the process but I disagreed as today was set for my daughter to get her braces. The situation became more uncomfortable when Dr Kopicki kept insisting on delaying the treatment and repeating herself over and over again as if I didn't understand English. We argued for several minutes infront of my daughter and other patients. There was also a nurse that was present who also stepped in to press further Dr Kopicki's point at which point I was feeling very pressured. I undertand English perfectly and this just seemed so unnecessary to create so much fuss infront of everyone. I have never experienced this kind of attack before. Regardless I insisted on getting my daughter's braces done today as per the agreed plan. Dr Kopicki then rolled her eyes at the other nurse where my daughter noticed and later informed me. This extremely upsets me that a professional would behave so poorly specially infront of my 12 year old. My daughter was very uncomfortable thereafter and refuses to return to Dr Kopicki. I expect a higher standard of proffessionalism but Dr Kopicki acted very immature and childish and I will not subject myself or my daughter to this kind of treatment. I will be relocating centres to avoid any further dramas from Dr Kopicki. Very unhappy and displeased with her services.
as we were leaving the building, her appliance broke on one side. we had to wait for it to be repaired. then when we got home, the other side broke. we had to drive all the way back to get it fixed. 5 days later, over Memorial Day weekend, one side broke AGAIN. we were out of town and had to pay on a Saturday for emergency treatment. I am HIGHLY annoyed about this!!!
