honestly I felt like trash. when I saw him last he told me there was a chance I didnt need a root canal and he would see when he got into the tooth. when I arrived I was told I was getting a root canal I asked about it. the assistant didnt know what I was talking about and went to speak to the doctor. he came back and it was like I offended him. he started drilling the tooth and before I knew it he told me I would be sent to another dentist. he then walks away with a last minute smug comment of good thing we didnt put the cap on. I dont know what his problem was. I dont know if I offended him by asking the nurse if they were going to try to remove the filling before the root canal. I was attempting to save myself a thousand dollars...
Excellent bedside manner
whole experience horrible
It was my first time getting a filling, and the process was not explained to me at all. I didnt know the area was being numbed until he was doing it.
The Dentist and his staff displayed a professional approach that gave me confidence in their ability. Their explanation of what they found and what needed to be done was very clear and easy to follow and understand
He seemed like he didnt know what was going on.
my dentist was amazing!! I felt very comfortable and at ease.
There was a really short time spent with the dentist, maybe thats a good thing. He was with us maybe 10 minutes.
seemed a bit rushed and didnt really explain much of why I was experiencing gum pain
Dr. Hamad was very thorough and kind. Pam, his assistant did an incredible job easing my fears.
