As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I felt I was being a little rushed by the dentist, but nothing too bad.
The dentist was great. He could sense that my daughter was getting scared and let her see all the instruments and take breaks when needed. This helped her so much.
the dentist was very rushed and did not explain things well. poor beside manner
Dr. Hamad was very kind explained options very well and did not pressure me for an immediate answer.
Explained the care and performed the work extremely satisfactory.
felt very comfortable with the dentist and the assistant.
I really appreciate the care and attention I received from , not only the dentist, but from Tyler his assistant. Both were extremely helpful.
honestly I felt like trash. when I saw him last he told me there was a chance I didnt need a root canal and he would see when he got into the tooth. when I arrived I was told I was getting a root canal I asked about it. the assistant didnt know what I was talking about and went to speak to the doctor. he came back and it was like I offended him. he started drilling the tooth and before I knew it he told me I would be sent to another dentist. he then walks away with a last minute smug comment of good thing we didnt put the cap on. I dont know what his problem was. I dont know if I offended him by asking the nurse if they were going to try to remove the filling before the root canal. I was attempting to save myself a thousand dollars...
Excellent bedside manner
