As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.
Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed unedited in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
This was an emergency visit. This dentist was kind and helpful.
I spent more time updating my medical history than the actual exam. Everything was rushed and ended very quick. Dr should spend more time evaluating the history and address all Qs.
Great experience for having to have a deep filling
He seemed skilled and I liked that.
The dentist did not numb son enough nor did he allow enough time for it to be effective and when son started to scream and cry he did nothing to re-assess his pain level. This is not the first tooth he has had pulled. It is, however, the first horrible experience we have had.
Harsh comments was given and it wasnt needed. Not everyone has a $20 plus hourly job. Didnt feel valued as a patient.
Dr. Hamad explained everything and was very careful with sensitive teeth. He was able to get the filling repaired in short order and I was on my way with a big smile!
