felt as though she was just trying to get me in and out as quickly as possible
work was done quickly and professionally with clear and concise explanation for all my questions.
my first at the this location very good vibes
Dr. was very friendly & approachable. She answered all my concerns patiently & walked me through all my options.
Dr. Murrar has great bedside manner. I felt comfortable the entire time I was being seen. I especially liked the care with which she explained the issues I was having and what treatment options are are readily available to me. All around great care!
I was new to her. she was fantastic
My questions and concerns were answered and I was given multiple opportunities to answer questions throughout my visit.
Another area where I was surprised and very pleased! My dentist explained in detail treatment plans and options. In what I could see and hear, knowing that there were many patients and people in the office clinic, I felt like the most important, practically the only patient in the building. It was a genuine care, compassion and concern for my best health, not a phony or pretend we have to do this or we will get in trouble care. I am a dental patient transferring from Forward dental where I wasnt even important as a person, but as a payment/money.
Dentist and assistant carefully listened to my concerns. Explained what was happening in the gum area. Used mirror to show me. Helped me get my glasses so I could see area better. What the dentist told me made sense. She understood the issue. I have great confidence in her explanation!
