NEW: Sign-on bonus, base pay, and benefits starting at 30 hours per week.

Newly hired hygienists are welcomed with a $10,000-$15,000 sign-on bonus, which is awarded after 60 days of employment. In addition, we have adjusted our hourly base pay to align with the latest market data. Our incentive / production program offers unlimited earning potential, with production bonuses ranging from $2 to $20 per hour on top of your base hourly wage based on the performance of our current hygienists. When factoring in incentive pay with the base hourly wage, hygienists can earn up to $70+ per hour. To support our new hires, we guarantee production bonus pay for the first four months of employment, providing stability and opportunity for growth.

Dental Hygienist Continuing Education Reimbursement

At Dental Associates, we offer our hygienists reimbursement for continuing education courses, as approved by management. We will reimburse up to $200 per year for course fees, materials, transportation, lodging, meals, etc., as to help our hygienists remain on the forefront of modern dentistry and techniques.

Dental Hygiene Education Reimbursement

To support our staff members' decision to continue their education and secure increased responsibility and growth within their professional careers, Dental Associates has established a reimbursement program specific to a Dental Hygiene degree. Once the program begins, you may reduce hours to accommodate your school schedule. The program can include course fees, textbook fees, and supply fees. To learn more, please contact our recruiters.
