Katie Herman's Story

Katie is a great example of the broad career advancement opportunities that exist at Dental Associates. Katie started as an administrative assistant and later worked her way up to administrative supervisor and clinical supervisor within one of our clinics. In 2019, Katie joined our doctor recruiting team, and in 2021 she became manager of that team.

Practice Manager

Nicholle started as a dental assistant, and worked her way all the way up to now managing one multiple practices for us. Nicholle loved her career in dentistry, and wanted to grow. Dental Associates allowed her to do that while staying within the industry she loves.

She loved her role and wanted to grow. She expressed this and her managers supported her by creating the Regional Administrative Assistant role.
