Who receives the Patient Experience Surveys?

All patients who have seen a dentist and have a valid mobile phone number or email address on file are invited to complete a Patient Experience Survey and leave comments regarding their care. We use this feedback to recognize our team and enhance the care we offer.

How are star ratings calculated?

Press Ganey surveys include an extensive analysis of the patient’s experience with their dentist:

  • How the dentist listened to you
    Explanations the dentist or doctor gave you about your problem or condition
  • Dentist’s efforts to include you in decisions about your care
  • Dentist’s discussion of any proposed treatment (options, risks, benefits, etc.)
  • Likelihood of your recommending this dentist to others

The comments we share on each doctor’s profile page are the comments collected from the dentist section of the Patient Experience Survey. Every month, our Patient Experience Manager meticulously combs over data collected and feedback from our patients to consistently improve our clinic teams and overall clinic operations.

How is patient information protected?

Patient names are not displayed through the online ratings and commentary reviews. All personally identifiable information is removed prior to display.
