The North Appleton dental center is conveniently located off Highway 41 just off the Ballard Road exit.

From Highway 41:

  • Exit the Ballard Road / County Road E and head north.
  • Turn right onto East Evergreen Drive.
  • Our North Appleton dental clinic is on the right.
  • Exit the first right from the round-about then turn right into our parking lot.
