How to receive emergency dental care during non-business hours

Dental Associates provides 24-hour, on-call emergency dental care for active patients of record. If an emergency occurs during non-business hours, simply call our office and our emergency answering service will contact our on-call staff. At your first visit, you will receive a phone information card listing emergency numbers. 

Situations that may require emergency dental care:

• Broken tooth
• Chipped tooth
• Loosened tooth caused by an accident (not a child’s loose baby tooth)
• Knocked-out permanent tooth
• Abscessed tooth or extremely painful toothache
• Increased swelling and bleeding that’s difficult to stop

Most dental emergencies are not life-threatening and can be alleviated with a temporary solution. However, if the emergency is severe, seek medical attention immediately.
