We are conveniently located on the Northeast corner of the Duck Creek Parkway and Shawano Avenue traffic circle, just south of Woodman’s.

From the North (via southbound I-41): - Take Exit 169 and follow signs for Shawano Avenue (right) - Take right onto Duck Creek Parkway - Take the first right off Duck Creek Parkway. Our parking lot is located immediately on the right side

From the North / Town of Howard: - Take Cardinal Lane south - At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Duck Creek Parkway - Take a left off Duck Creek Parkway. Our parking lot is located immediately on the right side

From the South (on northbound I-41): - Take Exit 168C and follow signs for E 29/Shawano Avenue and keep right - Keep left and follow signs for WI-29 W/WI-32 N - At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Shawano Avenue - At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and continue onto Shawano Avenue - Take right onto Duck Creek Parkway - Take the first right off Duck Creek Parkway. Our parking lot is located immediately on the right side

From the Northwest / Shawano Ave / Hwy 32 / Hwy 29: - Head southeast on WI-32 S - Take the exit toward N Packerland Drive - At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto N Packerland Drive - Use the 2nd from the right lane to turn slightly right toward Shawano Avenue - Continue straight onto Shawano Avenue - At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto Duck Creek Parkway - Take the first right off Duck Creek Parkway. Our parking lot is located immediately on the right side

From our downtown Green Bay Clinic: - Head southeast on Main Street toward N Madison Street - Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto N Monroe Avenue - Turn right onto E Walnut Street - Continue onto Shawano Avenue - At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit and stay on Shawano Avenue - At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Shawano Avenue - At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit - Continue onto Shawano Avenue - Turn right onto Duck Creek Parkway - Take the first right off Duck Creek Parkway.
