As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Dr. Oh was great. My only wish would be a stronger recommendation for treatment. A layperson should know of options, but the cost benefit analysis and longevity discussions did not occur. We rely on the knowledge of the professional, and while we are cost conscious and don't want to be upsold a direct question of "What do you suggest?" Should get a straight honest answer. Patients would appreciate the sentiment. If their parent/child was in the chair, what would they do for treatment?
The dentist was very personable and did a great job restoring my crown.
He asked if I had any questions and answered my questions. I only asked about the pain and what I could take for pain. However, he neglected to mention the prescriptions. I know I have had implants before but I told him that I don't remember what I had to do to take care of it. Throughout the surgery, he did ask if I was okay. I appreciated that. When asked about the prescriptions, he said he was going to prescribe penicillin right before I walked to schedule an appointment. I had to remind him that I'm allergic to it. Good thing we caught it in time. I would like to be informed as much as possible.

Dentist was very standoff-ish. I have a lot of work to be done and I knew that but the way he communicated treatments was very rude. While examining my mouth he was huffing and puffing as if I was an inconveniencing him. I came to this office to start getting a lot of my cavities filled not to feel judged or as if I'm a problem. I wouldn't recommend or use this dentist again

After extraction of my tooth, I had NO pain at all. I didn't even realize he had pulled my tooth. Dr. Oh was so great. I have had him before and he is a superb dentist. I would recommend him to anyone!

My dentist (Dr. Oh) did not take my complaint seriously and I felt like he wanted to laugh at me when describing my problem to him. His recommendation was "hygiene" but that is something that I take seriously so I just did not feel like a resolution was solved.
