I felt right at ease meeting Dr. Ward. He was very communicative and interjected a subtle bit of humor in a not humorous situation. He and his assistant (Wendy?) worked well together and her singing a little with the music ( so quietly almost under her breath) made me feel comfortable too.

He was very informative about himself as a dentist and talked to me about what he was doing. Made sure I was comfortable while he was working on my tooth.

I would highly recommend Dr. Ward to anyone needing a root canal. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. The best root canal experience I have ever had.

Dr. Ward was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me, even though it was late kn the day, and I was probably the last customer of the day, he still took the time to spend with me. He showed me X-rays and explained to me the benefits of any procedure that I chose.
