Dentist was an very nice person

I actually already recommended dental associates to three people that I know because of the service level, ease of use, and price point with the platinum careplus insurance.

I was very nervous with the behind schedule because the numbing cream was put on and the shot was given very quickly after. It hurt more than usual. I was upset and started crying. I explained my feelings and the dentist gave me a minute. Both were very kind and patient until I could stop crying and continue with the procedure.

He was so kind.

Dr. Patel was amazing, answered all of my questions, did the most thorough deep cleaning & made me feel very comfortable.

I hate coming to the dentist. I always wait too long to come in and it's always bad news when I finally come in. It's embarrassing for me and I have anxiety about how the staff will treat me/judge me. Dr Patel was amazing and I felt super comfortable with him and. It at all judged. He was extremely thorough, kind, and made sure all my questions were answered. Because of how he treated me I will be coming in regularly, as long as I can have him as my dentist.

Dr Patel was very kind and professional; also he cared enough so I would not feel a lot of pain when he was cleaning the broken tooth or completing the crown phase.

I had a filling and he came in said to open my mouth and gave me a numbing education before warning me or telling the steps or what to expect. I work in healthcare and I would never do something without first explaining the steps or without consent
