We have been part of Wisconsin communities for over 50 years, starting in Milwaukee where our home office remains today.
You will find our clinics up and down the eastern side of Wisconsin. Patients in Milwaukee metro can visit one of our six convenient clinics located in Milwaukee, Franklin, Glendale, Waukesha, and Wauwatosa. In the north we serve Fond du Lac, Appleton, and Green Bay, and in the south Sturtevant (Racine) and Kenosha.

In either case, all treatments you receive from us are on your one Dental Associates account.
