Insurance


As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Dr. Breecher wasnt able to perform the root canal because my tooth was not salvageable, but he explained my options. I was touched by his compassion and kindness.

my first time seeing this dentist. He was soooo caring and reassuring for a 43 year old who is still terrified of dental work. Just amazing!!!!!!!

He seemed very concerned about having my crown build up right after my root canal. Both him and Dr. Skibinski went out of their way to make sure my root canal was successful and made three appointments into only two. I very much appreciate that!
