Dr. Kim was amazing. I had problems in the past that have made me very uncomfortable and nervous in the dentist chair. First time seeing Dr. Kim and I am a patient for life!! Amazing personality!! He was so knowledgeable and efficient. He even offered and fixed another tooth that was not done correctly by a previous dds. I was absolutely in awe! Great job by all.Dr. Kim is my NEW dentist

I have moved 3 times and live over an hour away but I will not switch dentists because Dr. Kim is the most gentle dentist I have ever been to. He Is very skilled and never hurts me when numbs me up. He does great work, is honest and doesnt try to talk me into unnecessary or more expensive options if not appropriate. I worked in dentistry many years and have seen it all. Dr. Kim makes treats you like family and truly cares about his patients. He genuinely seems like a good person as well. Youre lucky to have him on your team. Id follow him if he left your practice.

Dr. Kim was very rude and abrasive. I have never experienced anything like that before with any kind of Dr ever. I did schedule a cleaning but I am not sure if I will continue because of my first experience there. It has been bothering me for a while and I am not usually one to complain, I think that is obvious because I havent since I left my appointment. But yes, he was terrible.

I liked the dentist, I just wish I had more time with him to discuss things in more detail. I think he would have listened if I had thought of the questions I had later, but you feel kind of rushed on the spot.

I love Dr. Kim I think he is an amazing dentist I brought my mother over because of how gentle he is and how he cares about his patience. He did ask me if thats what I truly wanted and if I knew what I was getting myself into and I said yes, and Im very thankful that he signed off on it because I feel like Dennis probably wouldve made me go for a consultation or made me do this and do this instead of just hearing what I want to try to use the rest of my benefits before the end of the year. Thank you, Dr. Kim.

Dr.Kim is GREAT!!! He took care of my teeth issues right away and in a timely manner. I came back the same day to take care of one issue then the following week to take care of the rest

Dr. Kim is the best! He is so gentle and empathetic. I also appreciate that he listens to me and I can trust any recommendations he has. He doesnt try to do MORE work than is needed, so I know I can trust him. Hes also very kind and calming. Im always happy with his work too.

The dentist is kind and works very well with my son who also has cognitive difficulties due to a stroke. He is patient with him and makes sure he is comfortable and understands.

The best , Dr. Kim!!!!!! Never in 60 years has going to the dentist actually a very pleasant experience, always gets it done right, the 1st time. Replacing a broken old filling, 5-10 mins. Out the door, back to work . Hope I never have to find another Dr. Ever!!!!!!!!!

I had two separate appointments for the dentist and then the hygienist. The staff in the Kenosha office are very friendly, helpful, understanding, kind, professional, efficient, and I could go on. Im very happy with the person who scheduled my appointment, and the dentist, dental assistant, and the dental hygienist. Keep up the great work!

Very amazing dental assistant who took my X-rays was amazing very nice I unfortunately suffer anxiety and she made me feel calm and the dentist was amazing as well I was treated with care and I was listened to not rush or made feel bad I just loved it !

I suffer from high anxiety with severe panic disorder when I come to the dentist office and Dr. Kim was wonderful I came in two years ago to get a filling done and he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. This time I came back again and he again made me feel comfortable relaxed and explained everything to me. He treated me with kid gloves and he understands my anxiety issues and I absolutely appreciate his professionalism and his time to take care of such a high anxiety patient . Dr. Kim is the Perfect dentist for me because he truly goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. He will definitely be my dentist for the rest of my life. Thank you so much Dr. Kim you and your staff absolutely went above and beyond to make this anxiety field panic attack patient made me feel like I had nothing to worry about thank you ! Thank you ! thank you!

My Dr/Dentist was extraordinary! There is not 1 negative thing, of which I can even think!! He was the BEST dentist Ive EVER been to, which is saying something, since Ive been in & out of dental practices, since I was 17 year of age. So thats 30 years of experience and he was the best dentist, by far, within this 30 year time period. So, basically, he was amazing!

The dentist I usually go to at Dental Associates was on vacation, but I was assigned to another dentist to check out my situation, and was assured beforehand that this dentist was also very good and had been practicing for over 20 years. I was never worried however, as I know that each dental practitioner there is very expert in their specific area of expertise.

Dr Kim and his dental assistant were wonderful! I immediately let them know that I wasnt happy to be there because of Covid. Could they just do what was required in order to determine the state of my tooth. They were great! Did what they had to and got me out of there quickly.

I expressed that I have had a horrible experience at another dentist and I have high anxiety while being in the chair. he did acknowledge it at the start of the appt but during, he never asked if I was doing OK. I got thru it and he did OK, but I wouldve liked it if he wouldve told me what to expect next as he was working and just ask once in awhile if I was OK.

There was a new (to me) apparatus that was placed in my mouth while filling an upper molar. Apparently (as explained to me later by the assistant) this device eases access to the tooth, holds the mouth open, restricts tongue movement, and has built in suction. I'm not sure I was comfortable with this. At first, because it pushes your tongue back, it felt too restrictive (like I might gag). As I relaxed this feeling went away. The other problem was that breathing through the nose was essential during the whole procedure. This was no problem during this visit but, as I have seasonal allergies, this would definitely be a problem certain times of the year for me. It was also explained too me by the assistant (after the procedure) that, if that was the case, that appliance would not have been used. Bottom line... I appreciate the effectiveness of the device at easing access for the dentist and speeding up the entire process, but there may be a trade off in comfort for the patient in some instances.

I really liked all of the staff there. Everyone was very detailed in their work. The dentist was so friendly and nice. I really appreciated that. I had been going to the same dentist for several years and going to a new dentist was something I was alittle nevous about. I loved the experience when in the office. The gum test was something I have never had done, and appreciated getting some advice on how to improve on the flossing and brushing.

Very good experience. Called for an emergency appointment and even though I had never been there, they got me in right away (within 2 hours of calling). Staff was very friendly!

Dr. Kim's team is superior in my opinion. They are knowledgable, friendly and always helpful. I live one hour away and will make the drive because they are very accommodating.

My experience was good. I was a walk-in (no appointment) with an emergency problem. It was dealt with very quickly and efficiently.

This was my first appointment with your organization. I thought my appointment was at 1:40 so I arrived early to do the paperwork. Then i found out the one forty appointment was for filing out paperwork. I did not see the dentist until 2 something and the hygenist until 3 something. I had a 3oclock appointment that I had to miss because of my confusion over how long it would take to have my teeth cleaned. I would have appreciated that being explained at the time I made my appointment. other than that,m i found everyone very professional and the office and facility top rate. I do look forward to continuing my dental care with you.

I think everyone is great in this dental office. I have never had a problem. Everyone is courteous and compassionate. This is why I stay here even though they are not in my network of insurance providers & it cost me a little more!

Appreciated that he requested another dentist look at me to double check he hadn't missed anything. However, waited AN HOUR for second dentist and then told not needed. Had to demand 2nd dentist look at jaw.

Very unhappy these last to visit. Frist visit was a total waste called the prior to get in nothing was available got in the following week,the assistant that worked with Dr. Smith very unpleasant didnt feeling comfortable at very bad additude. Then to get there to only find out its only a exam while im have these HOLE in my mouth that needed to be re-filled i need to schedule to come back. Come back the following week. Come the following week and this was a dentist appointment from hell. Dr.Kim i never want to exam or do anything in my mouth. Ive had serveral dentist and cant understand why they keep changing very unhappy with my service at this time

I cant really rate the dental hygienist in this visit because I did not see one yet. But the team work from the staff was great. I think Nicole was the one that took me to the xray room and one of the xrays she just could not get a good picture of and Pam assisted her in completing it. Pam was really funny, very chipper.

I really enjoyed Dr Kim personality. He explain what he saw in my xray and listened to the questions that I had to ask. He even had a joke or two to share. I want to keep him as my Dentist:)

I was not told that this dentist I was placed with did not do silver fillings because he thought in theory composite fillings were better. When I had told him that my husband and I agreed on silver, he went on to say "Would you rather listen to your husband?"

His attitude was unexceptable. He would not listen when I was explaining that I have a Gag reflex when trying to get the x-rays. I had to sign a paper that you are not responsible because the assitant could not get x-rays of the left side. Very Bad

as a 1st appt. this did not go well with Dr. Brennan. Dr. Kim was fine but could not treat the issues in my mouth and asked for Dr. Brennan to look. Nobody ever asked my history with the current conditions in my mouth and made assumptions.

The dentist did very little as I was there for a cleaning in order to start as a new patient. I will know more when I actually receive treatment for something. The "open concept" freaked me out and reminded me of a "factory setting".
