This is the second time Ive been to this dentist, he is very patient understanding. He explains everything very well. Both times I saw him, he did an amazing job repairing the damaged. I do not like the dentist and have anxiety. The doctor put me at ease, actively listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing. Explained why he recommended what he recommended in the treatment plan. He has a great bedside manner.

Dr Kempinski was amazing! He is probably the nicest person I have ever met. He was very gentle when doing the filling and in the way he spoke to me. He kept me well informed while he did the filling and offered me many breaks to make sure I was comfortable. He was incredibly busy working with me and another patient simultaneously. The Dentist was awesome. I was scared at first because I have had bad experiences at other dental practices, but he did a very good job at numbing and be patient. I almost fell asleep through the process and that to me was amazing. Did not feel a thing.

Ok so this dentist was the best I have encountered, Dude was spot on. Really appreciate him not trying to get me to do a bunch of addtional work. He listened to my needs, explained options and we moved on. Seriously dude was good.

The dentist was so amazing that I switched to him from my previous dentist that I have been with for five years. He was so thorough and very nice. You could tell that he actually cares which helped my anxiety with the dentist.

I couldnt be more pleased with Dr. Kempinski and his dental assistant Kim, then I was for my first visit yesterday. Dr. Kempinski was very thorough and listened to what I had to say. I felt Dr. Kempinski knew what my case was before I walked in the door due to the notes Dr. Breecher had left. It was a wonderful experience yesterday.

I never felt rushed and he patiently answered all my questions. I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist (especially a new one, when experiencing a problem too) but Dr. Kempinski and his hygienist made me feel comfortable and were both very kind. I am pleased to say that he will now be my new dentist!

Gavin is autistic and honestly Jason was exceptional as a Dentist. He worked incredibly hard to make sure that Gavin, who he could see was nervous, was put at ease and explained each and every step throughout the procedure. He made what was a very scary event for Gavin be as effortless as possible. One of the best dentists we have ever seen. We were very fortunate to have Jason for Gavins filling.

He communicated from his understanding based on the detailed xrays and his examination. He used the pictures to support my understanding of the conditions and what needs to be done. He greeted us with a friendly introduction, explained all procedures in language we could understand, showed a genuine care for our understanding and comfort level, and apologized when I had to wait for him because he was finishing a procedure on another patient. Outstanding dentist!!!

I had an enormous amount of anxiety and shame associated with my teeth. I was highly apprehensive of seeing a dentist and was concerned about being judged or looked down on. Dr K was very empathic, explained how to fix my teeth in a very knowledgeable and caring manner and clearly explained my options. My dentists were very nice. The one small thing was that I was discussing some sensitivity I had been feeling lately, and the dentist assured me he'd put some sensitivity toothpaste in my take-home bag, however, he must have forgotten. So I was a little disappointed in that.

I had a loose crown so this was sort of an emergency. This Dr is not my normal Dr, he was on vacation. I know there were some problems getting the crown off, and trying to fit it back on. I was told that the Dr was covering for another Dr who was out and that he had to do checkups when the hygienist needed him, but I was there for 3 hours! I think that is a little too long. Lucky for me his asst, Mary, was super friendly and easy to talk to.

This was an emergency appointment and I was thrilled when I called at 7 a.m. that they could get me in at 8 a.m.; I was seen a few minutes after arriving. The dental office, first visit to this location was expected to last between 2.5 to 3.0 hours! No one ever stated that an initial first visit would last this long. Truly, the place appears to be a factory and the smaller dental office can accomplish a 1st visit within one (1) hour. I had to reschedule the appontment based on the time frame.

I usually go to Dental Associates in Green Bay. My granddaughter had to have emergency surgery at Childrens Hospital in Milwaukee. I was in Milwaukee to help my daughter and son-in-law take care of her twin. I had a broken tooth. I called late on Monday afternoon and they got me in early on Tuesday morning. Dr. Karpinski and his assistant were both great. Dr. Karpinski explained everything that was going on as he worked on the tooth.
