As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. I loved karlen
I chose good for confidence in this dentist because we didnt really speak for more than two minutes (I didnt have any major dental concerns to address other than my cleaning, so this is understandable). As a result, I didnt get a good feeling of who this dentist was. However, since I was a new patient, it might have been nice to spend another minute or so getting to know me, my history of dental visits, why I had a certain tooth procedure done. This is what my previous dentists did and I felt a lot more comfortable talking with them.
Being that this is my first appointment/procedure experience with Dr. Karlen, I am rating Good but I feel somewhat confident that Ill be comfortable with him replacing Dr. Kempinski.
I was so happy with the dentist and the hygienist during my appointment. Easily the best dentist appointment Ive ever had.
comfortable and professional
everybody was very professional which Id really do like and thanks a lot
He did additional xrays and consulted the chart notes then listened to my description and did an exam. He made an adjustment to a filling and prescribed medication for possible infection. I plan to return in a week and be pain free.
I prefer to have people explain what I am to expect from my treatment and I needed to ask what was going on, but the explaination was always given. I had to ask the dentist, assistant and the assistants assistant to tell me their names. I like to be introduced to people whos hands are in my mouth
My hesitation is only due to the fact the entire staff looked 13. I felt safe and well cared for by everyone.
The dentist spent the least amt. of time w/me in comparison to other staff. But I had no major concerns to address.
