As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

The dentist did not have a lot of words after the exam - he did not break down his findings so I could know and understand what is currently going on in my mouth
The dentist was thoughtful and kind. He understood I was nervous and talked me through the procedure as well as took breaks, for my comfort.
he cares addressed my concerns immediately
very compassionate Dr. I wasnt even scarred like I am normally for dentist appointments.
The dentist didnt act like he was in a rush he took the time to explain everything and make sure that I was comfortable with everything
very good experience very good dentist as well.
Informative descriptions of all my options and personal feedback is great.
I loved karlen
I chose good for confidence in this dentist because we didnt really speak for more than two minutes (I didnt have any major dental concerns to address other than my cleaning, so this is understandable). As a result, I didnt get a good feeling of who this dentist was. However, since I was a new patient, it might have been nice to spend another minute or so getting to know me, my history of dental visits, why I had a certain tooth procedure done. This is what my previous dentists did and I felt a lot more comfortable talking with them.
Being that this is my first appointment/procedure experience with Dr. Karlen, I am rating Good but I feel somewhat confident that Ill be comfortable with him replacing Dr. Kempinski.
