As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.
Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed unedited in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
While the dentist did show concern for our sons anxiety, I dont feel enough was done (on the dentists part) to help him through the experience. We were rushed through the appointment, and our suggestion that he be seated upright in order to lessen the trauma was not accepted. The dentist was more gentle than the dental assistants, however, I believe the dentist should require more compassion and gentleness from her assistants who are working with small children who are unfamiliar with and fearful of the process.
This dentist is so great with my son. She explains everything thoroughly and he is always at ease.
The dentist was perfect with my child. She had great patient while working with him. And explained each step to him.
I am assuming based on the amount of time and how she explained thing that the exam and treatment were good. I was not in the space with my son.
