Spent less than 3 minutes with me told me what was wrong he said that should fix it however it did not I have to schedule another appointment for the extraction like I would have preferred to do in the first place. Dr Murphy does not listen nor does he spend time with the patients.

I didnt have the same dentist from last timeAnd he didnt help he saw me for like 1 minute and didnt answer questions I had an scolded me for grinding my teeth he didnt go over what could be dont to stop it other than an expensive mouth guard. I hope I get a different more caring dentist next time

Dr Murphy filed down the sharp edges of the partly broken off tooth. He said that it probably will need a crown, which can wait bit as long as it isnt painful. I was pleased with that decision.

Dentist was not himself this day. He was cranky and did not explain anything. He is usually not like this. He made an uncalled for comment and walked away. He didnt come back after that. He made me feel like I was wasting his time.

I cant say enough about Dr Murphy. Any and all dental work he has done for me thus far has been fantastic! This bonding of my front tooth included. I am very pleased with the outcome and he even offered to polish it at future exam visits. Friendly and professional service every visit!

I did not feel listened to and I was not given choices, just what they were going to do which was told to me as this is a temporary fix and we will see if it works which seems contradictory. I would like to be given scenarios, recommendations - more than one. I would also prefer that temporary fixes be discussed more - why not just fix the problem right the first time. I have had the following issues since the temporary fix was completed - the feeling of the composite/filling material being all over my entire mouth/gum area - this was not discussed as a potential issue. Problems flossing. There was no follow up after the appointment to see how it went.

I get very nervous and he was very calming to me. He explained what he was going to do next and how it would feel. I have a fear of going to the dentist and its been a long time since I had any dental work done. I ended up needing a second numbing shot because I could feel it when he started to drill for my filling but Dr Murphy and his assistant were very kind and understanding. There was little to no wait between being called back and the dentist arriving for my exam. He was quick and efficient. When he prodded an area that caused pain he stopped immediately and asked specific questions. After the exam he shared his thought process and stayed to address all my questions and concerns. At no time did he make me feel rushed which is so important to me, made me feel like my concerns were important.

Previous dentist retired, but his replacement, Dr Terrance Murphy, is very good as well. Very personable, experienced and does not recommend unnecessary work (ie.: replacing old fillings when they are still hanging in there). Reassuring to know he has the same wonderful work ethics.

He was great. I was seeing Dr. Murphy at the Greenville office and when I received the notice he was leaving I was very sad. I am so glad he didnt go far. I will drive the extra miles to have Dr. Murphy for my dentist.

Our insurance had denied a crown that I need. The dentist looked at it again and took different xrays and is resubmitting the request. He feels it shouldnt have been denied. I like the fact he was willing to revisit and try again.

I saw Dr. Murphy for a quick check to determine whether or not I need any dental work done in the near future because my dentist (Dr. Harris) was out of town. However, I have a history of severe chronic pain as well as the resulting hesitancy to have any medical professional render services in sensitive areas like my mouth, head, and neck. At this appointment, I asked the dentist to be careful when poking around in my mouth as several teeth have been very sensitive. After assuring me that he wouldnt even poke me, he did just that and laughed it off, saying that it didnt count. I was shocked, but couldnt say anything as there were implements in my mouth and most likely pain would have increased if I had moved. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior. Dr. Harris has always taken every care, concern, and request very seriously, so I was expecting similar care from other dentists at the same practice.

The dentist was amazing, he discussed a crown of mine that wasn't perfectly fitting on my tooth (one that he did not do). He didn't appear pushy when telling me that in the future we should replace that. He was kind, professional and courteous.

Dr. Murphy explained about three nerves that are in your cheek and where they lead to. He knew exactly which nerve I felt when I said I could feel a cold shot up my eye. I'm wiling to come from Appleton to Greenville because I like the treatment I get from Dr. Murphy.

While I have been to numerous dentists previously, none of them used the same procedures or equipment. In particular, the chair kept being tilted so far back that my legs were above my head, causing discomfort. I've never been put in that position by any other clinic. When I explained my discomfort, I was told that was the best adjustment they could make.

I WENT THERE FOR ONE REASON. TO HAVE A CROWN REPLACED. I TOLD THEM THAT ON THE PHONE. I MOVED TO THIS AREA AND HAVE HAD REGULAR CHECKUPS AT A DIFFERENT DENTIST. THEY WERE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT MY HUSBAND WANTED AND MORE OF THERE BOTTOM DOLLAR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.I WILL PASS THIS INFO ONTO ANYONE WHO ASKS ABOUT DENTAL ASSOCIATES. I WAS A PATIENT IN THE PAST AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND WAS HAPPY. NOT ANYMORE. I DO NOT WANT NOR DO I NEED A "CORPORATE DENTIST AND THERE MONEY PRACTICES"
I WENT THERE FOR ONE REASON. TO HAVE A CROWN REPLACED. I TOLD THEM THAT ON THE PHONE. I MOVED TO THIS AREA AND HAVE HAD REGULAR CHECKUPS AT A DIFFERENT DENTIST. THEY WERE NOT CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT MY HUSBAND WANTED AND MORE OF THERE BOTTOM DOLLAR. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.I WILL PASS THIS INFO ONTO ANYONE WHO ASKS ABOUT DENTAL ASSOCIATES. I WAS A PATIENT IN THE PAST AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION AND WAS HAPPY. NOT ANYMORE. I DO NOT WANT NOR DO I NEED A "CORPORATE DENTIST AND THERE MONEY PRACTICES"

This is complicated. The dentist did a fine job looking and dignosing a tooth ache. When he left and the technician did the clening the communication was terrible between her and I I felt very much like I was being taken advantage of and explanation of future treatments was poor. The technician never brought the dentist back in to follow up. First I have ever had my teeth clened and not polished. When I questioned her about she said polishing after a prophy was optional........ really????

Hygenist gave me a quote that was $300.00 higher than what the receptionist gave me 10 minutes later. Then they argued in front of me about who was right.

I did not talk to the dentist, but my 11 year old daughter did not understand what was wrong with her teeth or what to do different so she didn't get any more cavaties. I believe the dentist should talk to the parent as well as the child.

Could not get tooth pulled, 2 hrs. (in chair) lots of grinding to make room to pull tooth. Lost part of tooth next day and some partially filling next to it.
