I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past so I dont easily trust a dentist, but I do trust Dr Murphy and feel comfortable in his care.
This was my first visit with Dr. Murphy, so I thought it went well for the first time. Jennifer, the Hygienist has been very good to work with helping me reduce gum disease issues.
Dr. Murphy was excellent. I have poor genetic dental issues and he was so caring and efficient in helping me to find a long term solution for my teeth. 4. This was huge! I felt he really cared for my situation.
the dentist was no nonsense. didnt take a lot of time to get to know me (which I actually prefer). my old dentist used to try to chat for like 20 min and it bothered bc of trying to get back to work.
I felt very comfortable with the doctor and I was pleased at how he took time to answer my questions in a way I could easily understand. He was also very courteous as was his team.
It was my first meeting with this dentist and didnt feel like my options were explained.
Previous dentist retired, but his replacement, Dr Terrance Murphy, is very good as well. Very personable, experienced and does not recommend unnecessary work (ie.: replacing old fillings when they are still hanging in there). Reassuring to know he has the same wonderful work ethics.
Dr. Murphy explains everything very clearly and gives you options. I have complete confidence in Dr. Murphy as my dentist.
He was great, he brought it down to my understanding, was great.
Would recommend Dr. Murphy to others.
