As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.
Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed unedited in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Excellent interaction with the dentist. (As always, of course.)
would not do Invisalign on me. gave me a very invasive dental plan. not to mention that I have previously been given the ok for Invisalign by a different orthodontist.
Dr. Lim always explains every detail with me. I have nothing but wonderful things to say regarding this doctor.
Dr. Lim always takes the time to explain options and what route is best. I feel that he listens to feedback and incorporates it and that he actually does care about my satisfaction and health.
doctor lim really broke everything down and what I should expect
The dentist I saw was extremely professional and competent.
He doesn't really say much. Never talks to the parent. I have asked many times. They say make an appointment.
the dentist didn't really seem confident that he could get the space in my frint teeth to close. he seemed to second guess himself alot. not sure if i want to spend that type of money if he's unsure of the results
Dentist never talked with me. This is my main complaint. I greatly dislike that when my daughter gets called back....parents stay in the waiting room. I have no idea what is discussed or brought up as concerns. Absolutely no communication between myself and the Orthodontist This alone makes me want to switch.
