As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Dr. Lloyd is the best dentist Ive been to in years. She pulled 2 teeth. Dr. Lloyd told me everything she was doing, why she was doing it that way. She completely answered all my questions. She gave me good info about different things that can be done to fill in the missing hole where my tooth was. Please know she is a kind and wonderful and talented dentist. She also did a root canal and two crowns that fit perfect!
She is a good dentist, but did not explain what she was doing and why during my visit
Dr. Lloyd is very helpful and understanding. She gives information about what shes about to do, and checks in with the patient frequently.
