He was very short. Recommended that I have surgery on teeth that are not bothering me but went off look. Talked while IN my mouth so I could NOT respond properly to ask questions. Seemed very polite but arrogance was there. I dont like being rushed thru an appointment.

I had tooth pain from flossing several months ago so I was very careful brushing near that tooth. I suspect the hygienist told the dentist that as he had his tools in my mouth and verbally scolded me for not brushing better near the sore tooth. This is no the first time I have experienced his poor bedside manner.

I had a filling that came out and the dentist said the remaining tooth will have to be pulled. He recommended a bridge to replace the tooth. I agreed with that.

Dr Mahns bedside manner is horrendous. He made me feel like my being in the chair during my early Saturday morning was an inconveniece. He also scolded me many times during my procedure when I was all but gagging on the amount of fluid sprayed into my mouth that wasnt being tucked back out. Its hard to swallow with your mouth open and swallowing was my only option. He was extremely rude.

I had no issues with my teeth, except that the dentist recommended I come in more often for cleanings. However, he was extremely helpful, explaining the importance of dental clearance before my surgery and how important it is to have that bacteria controlled in my mouth because it tends to want to move to area such as the surgical incision. This discussion was extremely beneficial, and I was glad that dental associates worked to get me in before my surgery.

Dentist only told me I had cavities, didnt bother to explain what they would do to the cavities. One tooth had pain when touched and his response was not sure why that tooth is hurting and moved away from it

He spoke maybe one full sentence to me, the rest to the very kind dental assitant, and was gone without asking any questions or offering any words of counsel about my teeth. I will NEVER recommend this dentist. He made me feel like the worst parent ever. When I tried to talk to him he interrupted and was rude! When he left the area I broke into tears! He was awful!!

As soon as my filling was complete, the dentist had left. They were gone before I had been able to sit back up. I didnt get the chance to ask and questions or express any concerns. The assistant was wonderful and sweet but I would have liked to ask some questions to my dentist

I came in with severe pain and when the doctor told me I need two teeth pulled to relieve the pain I was worried I wouldnt be able to chew food well. The doctor told me it wouldnt effect how or what I eat, I was relieved and he was right! Im so grateful for his knowledge and expertise because today I am pain free and feel like a new person. Thanks again Doc!!!

Saw dentist for about 2 minutes. Said old filling were leaking...to set up an appt. I asked what leaking was. He told me and was gone. Didnt know he was even walking away. The gal who took the xrays and was there when the dr didnthe exam...was amazing. Very friendly.

Dr. Mahn was awesome. Got me in same day for a dental concern I had. Didnt end up being a big issue but he didnt make me feel like it was a waste of a visit. Super informal and had a great bedside manner. Would definitely recommend him as a dentist.

He was a new dentist for me as the previous one moved to a different facility. Both dentists demonstrated kindness, courtesy, and genuine concern for my condition and acted appropriately by acting professionally and with the confident knowledge of how to move forward with treatment.

The dentist assumed that I did not want the Hollywood Treatment. Attempted to railroad me into getting my teeth ground down. Then additionally a cavity addressed that does not cause me any discomfort. If he would of taken time hes know that I prefer to fix my teeth not just remove material evenly.

I have to say that I so enjoyed this dentist, he is so down to earth and makes you feel good. Does not make you feel beneath him. He talks to you like a normal person. LOVE him he is great! FINALLY you have a wonderful person! Cant wait for my kids to meet him.

I had to turn around in my chair to see the dentist, which was really uncomfortable. He then told me that because I hadnt had my teeth cleaned in almost four years that I would probably need to schedule a second appointment because he doesnt think the hygienist should have to work extra hard. After examining my teeth, he realized they werent that bad. It was a cold interaction.

Dr. Mahn recognized my concern of my gum recession and very specifically gave me instructions of how to care for this. He did not tip-toe around what I could do. He was to the point about what I needed to do if I wanted the results to reflect in the area of my recession concern. He was also urgent about cleanings every 6mo. and the importance of them.

I will be requesting a change in dentists to handle any further treatments. For the dentist to allow a patient to leave his chair with the pain from a broken tooth scratching against their tongue, does not demonstrate compassion for his patient.

Poor customer service, presentation was bad and abrupt. His presentation should have been kind, not rude & hurtful. He did not want to explain xrays to me; he said that why he went to school. As a customer over 60, the hold experience was hurtful & insulting; to have been spoken to in that manner was most up setting. Customer service training could go a long ways with this dentist along with grooming.
Poor customer service, presentation was bad and abrupt. His presentation should have been kind, not rude & hurtful. He did not want to explain xrays to me; he said that why he went to school. As a customer over 60, the hold experience was hurtful & insulting; to have been spoken to in that manner was most up setting. Customer service training could go a long ways with this dentist along with grooming.

Didn't threat my problem (I was hitting hard on 1of my teeth) He told me to come back. Ended up coming back a few days later, in more pain,and then he said that I was really hitting hard on the tooth, then he finally filed down the tooth.

I was very nervous, the doctor and hygienist both were very helpful and calmed me down. They both explained the procedure and the doctor talked through each step. The last doctor I saw, a female, was rude and made me very up tight.

the dr. was very rude and would not do the filling procedure that day and told me he will do it when the crown is approved. I rescheduled and received the approval in the mail and 3 days later came in for a 7 a.m. appt. again. He told me they still didn't have the approval and the person to check on it doesn't come in until 7:30. They also told me I had to pay for it even though the estimate they gave me said my insurance covered it and the person who could check on it also wouldn't be in until 7:30. I left upset!

Horrible experience!!! Dr. Mahn was very rude and non-personable. I did not know which of my teeth needed a filling, so I asked Dr. Mahn. He responded by saying, "It's underneath your current filling, you know, where you let the food sit!! I feel he did a poor job with my filling. The filling on the tooth was not shaved down properly, because it feels as if I'm bitting down on something.

I got a tempory crown with this past visit and it fell out the next day. I need to get appoitment when office opens Monday 9/29 Really loved this new DDS. He is kind and respectful. he explains every thing as he goes along,,,I brought my own Blanket as it is cold for me there..Janeele was helpful allowing me time to prepay for my service.

I was very impressed with Dr. Mahn. He asked health questions not previously asked by others and even had my blood pressure taken. He was very gentle and observant of me as he worked through the procedure. He acknowledge my anxiety and addressed it through the procedure. Very observant and caring. I left there feeling good about my dental experience.

I liked that both Dr. Mahn and the Dental Assistant were very engaging. They both talked to me a lot about school, trips I am planning, and college. Sometimes at the dentist, the people don't talk a lot and it can sometimes be awkward, but I like that they tried to make me as comfortable as possible during the procedure.

They called to see if I could come in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I said yes but when I got there, the earlier appointment was to only see the dentist, not getting my teeth cleaned. after i saw the dentist there was a 90 minute wait for me to get my teeth cleaned. I was not going to wait around for 90 minutes to get my teeth cleaned so I rescheduled the appointment. If you are going to ask someone to come in early to accommodate the dentists schedule, then you should make sure to accommodate the patient and make sure they can get their teeth cleaned as well! VERY disappointing!!

There seemed to be an issue with the assistants and dentist. The assistant was lovely, but the doctor didn't spend much time with me at least compared to what I was used to with my last dentist. He also recommended an oral surgery consult

Perhaps too much "numbing" agent applied. Left side of jaw was numb for 4-5 hours after treatment. Cut lip while eating Chinese soup 3 hours after treatment.

Dr. Mahn is phenomenal. I don't like needles and have a VERY, VERY low pain tolerance and I never feel pain,even when he is injecting the novacaine.

Dr. Mahn stated this usually doesn't to have an implant come lose, but upon inspection discovered the screw connecting to the implant was not tight enough. He was the one responsible for making sure the insertion that it was so had he done his job correct
