Dr Chow was AMAZING!!! Could not have been better. I had a stubborn extraction- tooth was cracked and needed to come out in pieces. The last piece was very stubborn and it took a while. Regardless I am four days post op and have had no issues at all. Its been as good as it could be.

Dentist was the most professional dentist/oral surgeon Ive ever seen. He explained everything so good and performed the most professional and least painful injections, tooth, post and Infection removal possible. I couldnt have had a better experience than with this dentist. I hope to keep this Dr for the duration of my teeth care and will highly recommend him to others every time I can.Thank you for the best dental care!

I had a great experience with Dr. Chow. The tooth extraction was fast and painless. He asked me multiple times throughout the extraction how I was doing and even called me personally the same day to see how I was doing. When I called with concerns 5 days later he called me back personally after his assistant. He is very personable and would highly recommend.

My dentists spoke to me, answered my questions, and explained in detail what they were doing and what to expect afterwards. Dr. Chow even called at 8:00 pm to check on me. I never had a dentist do that before. He was very considerate.

Dr. Chow is great and pays really close attention to detail. He has a good personality and works well with patient. In the end there wasnt too much discussion of the problem or future potential issues. I am more curious about what it is I have and how to approach problems with answers, rather than just recommending cleanings that I continue to have (which I will do).

Dr.Chow listened and responded to my concerns. He explained things and came up with a reasonable answer to my issue. He went beyond that and called me at home to ensure that I wasnt using a mouthwash that possibly irritated my gums. Very impressed with him and his general concern for me.

Dr. Chow is amazing. He has great chair-side manner and I felt really comfortable with him. I had a complicated situation and he was so competent in responding to everything. He was gentle and helped me get through what was a difficult process and procedure. He even checked in with later that night and gave me his number in case I had any concerns. He is my new favorite dentist.

Dr. Chow was really amazing. We had to postpone my extraction but he explained everything to me really well. He described what would constitute an emergency over the weekend and then gave me his cell phone number to contact in case anything serious came up while waiting for my Monday appointment. He had really good bedside manner and was apologetic about the pain I was having. I really like Dr. Chow!

The dentist I saw was very informative, but I had to ask questions - basically, detailed information about the procedure was not offered to me unless I asked specific questions about it. I only knew what to ask (recovery time, billing, etc) because I had done research prior to my appointment. Several things were not explained to me, however (do I need a follow up appointment to remove stitches? When can I brush after the procedure? What foods to avoid? Etc)

He also called me at home the evening of my procedure to make sure everything was OK. The next morning, I had a concern and he fit me into his busy schedule to address my issue. I wish I had more teeth for him to put implants into! Lol!

Dr. Chow is highly skilled, and his bar-none emotional intelligence and ability to sense the patients apprehension made what would have been a scary experience, a memorable one. I was totally impressed with Dr. Chow. He was caring and extremely gentle considering I was extremely nervous. He even called me that night to see how I was doing. That has never happened and I have totally respect for his services and will request only him when it comes time for the implant.

Dr.Chow accent made it slightly difficult to understand, however he was patient with the need to repeat things to me and could tell he knew of my financial concerns, he kept assuring me that we would work with payment issues.

Dr. Chow did an amazing job making sure that I was comfortable during my procedure, and doing a wonderful job on my procedure on the 22nd of February. I was very thankful for him and James....they work well together, and they made my 3 1/2 hours go smoothly.

when I asked Dr. Chow during the review before the implant he was not really clear on the number appointments . The sheet shows total of 6 more visits and Dr. Chow said only 3. Then the hygienist when I asked him is 6 more visits.

The only suggestion I have is that the discharge instructions be put in writing and handed to patient and reviewed while doctor is discussing. There was a little language barrier that caused some confusion.

worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr Chouw manhandled my mouth, pushed my face around then asked me to turn my head. worst of all, he burped at least 30 Times During the procesure with his face inches from mine. unbelievably disgusting. announces at the end that my teeth can be saved (no one up till then had told me that was an issue). Im 58 yrs old and have had a lot of dental experiences but this was the rudest and grossest. BTW, during his check, he never asked if I was comfortable or ok.

Dr. Chows English is hard for me to understand, but he tries very hard to explain everything in detail. I have seen him before but this time was different because his assistant who speaks without accent would make sure. I did understand. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Chow and he tries so hard to make sure the patient understands. I do not know if he always has the same person but the day I was there it was James. I have hearing aids but everything is not corrected so this might only my trouble in Understanding. He checked frequently to make sure I was doing OK.

Dr. Chow was very empathetic, kind, professional, and cared enough to inquire about what happened to me. He demonstrated empathetic listening skills, and genuinely cared for what happened to me, and explained how he was going to fix it. He was very cautious with his sterile technique, and has this amazing technique so that when he injects the local anesthetic, it doesn't hurt. He is very gifted.

This was a yearly visit after I had undergone 3 cleanings the year before to check my progress! I kept asking if my teeth were better. He gave "Mixed" messages! At one point he said "Well, the damage is done!" Then after saying that he said "Yes, your teeth are much better." Which leads me to believe I should keep coming for 3-4 cleanings per year because it's an issue of spending money there!? Which is it? Damage is done OR my teeth are better?!!!! The statement of "the damage is done" was very discouraging & left me wondering what the 3 to 4 cleanings per year are for????

It's hard to understand. The first thing he did was walk in and insult my front teeth. I have white spots since a child on my front teeth and he asked me why I don't have them fixed - before he even introduced himself. He pretty much told me there is no treatment for my peridontal disease.

I have a serious kidney disease which seriously puts me at risk for infections. Basically any infection is my body takes a long time to heal, tends to develop much worse, and runs the risk of finding it's way into my kidneys and bloodstream very quickly. Yet, he didn't seem to take any extra precautions with how he treated me. It takes a lot of effort for me to stay healthy. Having the extraction has thrown my health way off. He never mentioned the possibility of this. In fact, he told me the procedure was no big deal and i'd be in and out in an hour. He had a "piece of cake" attitude. Well, maybe for him but for me the whole thing is still not healed 2 weeks later and I couldn't do anything the first 4 days. I was stuck in bed basically. He should have discussed what I could expect instead of treating me like a child and saying it was all going to be fine. I had to cancel lots of my plans because I wasn't given a realistic idea of what to expect after the tooth extraction.

No one looks forward to getting a tooth extracted, but Dr. Chow made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and beyond.

I look forward to going back to Dr. Chow to thank him for all of his help. While getting an implant is not the most enjoyable experience, I would recommend any to go to Dental Associates/Dr. Chow because I believe he made it the best experience it could be.

Afterwards, I was in a great deal of pain as expected and the medication I was prescribed did not seem to have any effect. My husband called and he was given many options/remedies that may help. Dr. Chow then followed up with me and I was still not feeling any relief. He prescribed a different medication that did help with the pain. He then followed up later that night and the next day to check on my progress. I was overwhelmed by the genuine concern of Dr. Chow to make sure I was comfortable after the procedure!

Needed one tooth extracted. I called for the appointment on March 12th. I was told the first opening at the Burleigh office was mid May,and that I could get in at the Kenosha office the first week of April. I asked about Franklin office and they had opening on March 24....You need more dentists !!!!!

Procedure took much longer then necessary. Equipment malfunction had to change room the first assistant was snobbish and had a condescending attitude. Mistake was made for the kind of treatment I requested and what the chart showed.

Dr. Chow explained everything very clearly. I've seen him numerous times for my implant and he always explained everything so that I understood.

Dentist is foreign & his accent is hard to understand. When his assistant would explain so I understood - - he treated her as if she was interrupting, not clarifying so the patient understood. Perhaps it is a culture thing.

Dr. Chow's English is pretty good but with my hearing difficulties we had to work together. Overall I'm confident he will complete the implant correctly.

Some difficulty with word pronunciation - hard to understand dentist at times but he was very nice so it is easy to over look. He gladly repeated himself when I didn't understand.

Crowned the wrong tooth. I scheduled an appt. for a tooth bothering me on the lower right and apparently since there was two that needed crowns she took it upon herself to guess which one. This was not a routinely scheduled appt. This was an appt. made

I had a hard time understanding him. I had to ask 3 times how the procedure worked and he finally showed me a model and explained very little. I had an extraction at your facility last year and I really liked the dr. that did that.

The dentist was not clean. He used gloves to adjust the seat. He did not change gloves. I also found it hard to understand him. I am still having that problem & I will seek advise from a dentist at a different location. Sanitary practices needsed

The dentist spoke very broken English, making him difficult to understand. I was unaware I had a suture in my mouth until I observed it a day later.

I require oral surgery which I cannot afford & dr. was pushing me to do surgery all in 1 day instead of 2 days, when I can't afford it & told dr. my husband might be laid off from Caterpillar.

Everywhere I could brag about the service I did. He & his assistant were so nice & comforting. I have referred all my family & friends if surgery is needed. I wish he was my regular dentist.

Very bad experience. Dr's assist could barely understand the dentist and she was very cold. After this experience if it weren't for my insurance I would go to a different dentist.

Dr. Chow seems extremely knowledgeable however his accent is extremely hard to understand. I really wish the second dentist who is doing my crown could have jointed us at the appointment also. Unfortunately the dental assistant also had an accent
