Dr Chow always makes me feel comfortable and at ease in the chair. He lets me know what is going on during the procedure and always makes sure he answers my questions if I have them. He also always calls after a procedure to make sure I am doing ok and do not have any questions. I trust Dr Chow and have recommended him to others who need implants.

Dr. Chow is not only an amazing dentist, but a very caring person. He gave me his cell phone number and the ability to call or text him if any issues arose after my procedure. He also called me at home the evening of my procedure to make sure everything was OK. The next morning, I had a concern and he fit me into his busy schedule to address my issue. I wish I had more teeth for him to put implants into! Lol!

He was very professional, kind, informative, and patient with me and all of my questions. He informed me of what was happening and going to be happening as the procedure went on. He checked on me throughout to make sure that I was doing OK, which I found very comforting. I felt like a human being rather than a number. He was a very good doctor. He conducted a follow up phone call to check on me which was awesome. He is an excellent doctor.

I was totally impressed with Dr. Chow. He was caring and extremely gentle considering I was extremely nervous. He even called me that night to see how I was doing. That has never happened and I have totally respect for his services and will request only him when it comes time for the implant.

I wish that that process would have been explained in greater detail before commencing with the procedure. I also might have asked about gas as the procedure (although not painful) was very stressful as I was not expecting all that it entailed.

Dr. Chow is always very kind and patient with me and takes the time to address my concerns. He also gives me chances to relax and stretch my jaw during procedures so that my TMJ feels better. His assistants are always just as helpful and kind.

Dr. Chow showed confidence and how much he cared about me as a patient. I was experiencing extreme anxiety, and Dr. Chow took measures to make sure I was calm before my surgery started. During my sedation, I had a negative reaction to the medication which partially put me under. My anxiety caused me to become very stressed and scared from the reaction. Dr. Chow and his staff were with me the entire time, talking me through it and reassuring me that Id be okay. Throughout the procedure, Dr. Chow would ask me if I was still doing okay, or if I was experiencing any pain. I appreciated Dr. Chows phone call in the evening to check-in to see how I was doing. I also wanted to add that he had a great sense of humor with myself and my husband. I would definitely trust him in the future with any of my dental needs.

Dr. Chow called me at home prior to my procedure. I wasnt home at that time so he gave me his personal number to contact him after hours. After the procedure he called me from his home well after hours to see how I was doing. Very impressed with his concern and would highly recommended him!

Dr. Chow rushed right into sticking a cotton swab into my mouth, jabbing around and then without telling me proceeded to give me the shots of Novocain. He then walked out to return 10 min later. The few directions he gave me during the procedure were hard to understand and he was impatient, not giving me time to respond to him. I couldnt tell whether he was talking to me or his assistant most of the time.

The only suggestion I have is that the discharge instructions be put in writing and handed to patient and reviewed while doctor is discussing. There was a little language barrier that caused some confusion.

worst dental experience I have ever had. Dr Chouw manhandled my mouth, pushed my face around then asked me to turn my head. worst of all, he burped at least 30 Times During the procesure with his face inches from mine. unbelievably disgusting. announces at the end that my teeth can be saved (no one up till then had told me that was an issue). Im 58 yrs old and have had a lot of dental experiences but this was the rudest and grossest. BTW, during his check, he never asked if I was comfortable or ok.

Dr. Chows English is hard for me to understand, but he tries very hard to explain everything in detail. I have seen him before but this time was different because his assistant who speaks without accent would make sure. I did understand. I have been very satisfied with Dr. Chow and he tries so hard to make sure the patient understands. I do not know if he always has the same person but the day I was there it was James. I have hearing aids but everything is not corrected so this might only my trouble in Understanding. He checked frequently to make sure I was doing OK.

He demonstrated empathetic listening skills, and genuinely cared for what happened to me, and explained how he was going to fix it. He was very cautious with his sterile technique, and has this amazing technique so that when he injects the local anesthetic, it doesn't hurt. He is very gifted.

This was a yearly visit after I had undergone 3 cleanings the year before to check my progress! I kept asking if my teeth were better. He gave "Mixed" messages! At one point he said "Well, the damage is done!" Then after saying that he said "Yes, your teeth are much better." Which leads me to believe I should keep coming for 3-4 cleanings per year because it's an issue of spending money there!? Which is it? Damage is done OR my teeth are better?!!!! The statement of "the damage is done" was very discouraging & left me wondering what the 3 to 4 cleanings per year are for????

Dr. Chow was fabulous he called me several times after the procedure to ensure I was OK that is great! He's availability is very limited to 1 day a week.

It's hard to understand. The first thing he did was walk in and insult my front teeth. I have white spots since a child on my front teeth and he asked me why I don't have them fixed - before he even introduced himself. He pretty much told me there is no treatment for my peridontal disease.

I have a serious kidney disease which seriously puts me at risk for infections. Basically any infection is my body takes a long time to heal, tends to develop much worse, and runs the risk of finding it's way into my kidneys and bloodstream very quickly. Yet, he didn't seem to take any extra precautions with how he treated me. It takes a lot of effort for me to stay healthy. Having the extraction has thrown my health way off. He never mentioned the possibility of this. In fact, he told me the procedure was no big deal and i'd be in and out in an hour. He had a "piece of cake" attitude. Well, maybe for him but for me the whole thing is still not healed 2 weeks later and I couldn't do anything the first 4 days. I was stuck in bed basically. He should have discussed what I could expect instead of treating me like a child and saying it was all going to be fine. I had to cancel lots of my plans because I wasn't given a realistic idea of what to expect after the tooth extraction.

Dr. Pienkos and Dr. Chow are awesome! If it wasn't for them, I would have probably had gotten my dental work done somewhere else.

DR CHOW IS EXCELLENT, HAS GREAT CHAIR SIDE MANNERS AND EVEN DID A FOLLOW-UP CALL TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. I TRUST HIS JUDGEMENT COMPLETELY. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH A TOOTH THAT ULTIMATELY HAD TO BE PULLED AND THEY GOT ME IN WITH A DENTIST THE NEXT BUSINESS AND FOLLOW-UP WITH DR. CHOW IN LEST THAN A WEEK WHEN I CALLED TO HAVE MY GUM SURGERY FOR THE RT UPPER AND LOWER QUADRANT OF MY MOUTH. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE FRANKLIN DENTAL ASSOCIATES CLINIC. I had a consultation with Dr. Chow where he explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. On the day of my appointment, I felt like I was taking excellent care of. No one looks forward to getting a tooth extracted, but Dr. Chow made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure and beyond.

I look forward to going back to Dr. Chow to thank him for all of his help. While getting an implant is not the most enjoyable experience, I would recommend any to go to Dental Associates/Dr. Chow because I believe he made it the best experience it could be.

I would say that I am beyond impressed in Dental Associates and Dr. Chow's concern for my well being. During the procedure, Dr. Chow checked on how was doing often and explained each procedure. Afterwards, I was in a great deal of pain as expected and the medication I was prescribed did not seem to have any effect. My husband called and he was given many options/remedies that may help. Dr. Chow then followed up with me and I was still not feeling any relief. He prescribed a different medication that did help with the pain. He then followed up later that night and the next day to check on my progress. I was overwhelmed by the genuine concern of Dr. Chow to make sure I was comfortable after the procedure!

Needed one tooth extracted. I called for the appointment on March 12th. I was told the first opening at the Burleigh office was mid May,and that I could get in at the Kenosha office the first week of April. I asked about Franklin office and they had opening on March 24....You need more dentists !!!!!

Dr. Chow has very strong accent. At times it was difficult to completely understand each word. However, he repeated his statements enough times so that eventually I could catch on to what he said.

Procedure took much longer then necessary. Equipment malfunction had to change room the first assistant was snobbish and had a condescending attitude. Mistake was made for the kind of treatment I requested and what the chart showed.

Dentist is foreign & his accent is hard to understand. When his assistant would explain so I understood - - he treated her as if she was interrupting, not clarifying so the patient understood. Perhaps it is a culture thing.

Dr. Chow's English is pretty good but with my hearing difficulties we had to work together. Overall I'm confident he will complete the implant correctly.

Some difficulty with word pronunciation - hard to understand dentist at times but he was very nice so it is easy to over look. He gladly repeated himself when I didn't understand.

I had a hard time understanding him. I had to ask 3 times how the procedure worked and he finally showed me a model and explained very little. I had an extraction at your facility last year and I really liked the dr. that did that.

The dentist was not clean. He used gloves to adjust the seat. He did not change gloves. I also found it hard to understand him. I am still having that problem & I will seek advise from a dentist at a different location. Sanitary practices needsed

Everywhere I could brag about the service I did. He & his assistant were so nice & comforting. I have referred all my family & friends if surgery is needed. I wish he was my regular dentist.

Very bad experience. Dr's assist could barely understand the dentist and she was very cold. After this experience if it weren't for my insurance I would go to a different dentist.

Dr. Chow seems extremely knowledgeable however his accent is extremely hard to understand. I really wish the second dentist who is doing my crown could have jointed us at the appointment also. Unfortunately the dental assistant also had an accent
