Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Ive been trying to find a dentist for a very long time now and this is one of the things that I told Dr. Meyer the very first time I met her was trying to find a dentist that actually listens to you instead of nodding their head and the information goes in one ear and out the otherThis was very apparent with Dr. Meyer and the dental assistant as I was looking into Dr. Myers eyes , talking with her, she kept looking up several times (moving her eyes up and not looking at me)at the dental assistant, who already was standing up behind me, who I felt was Rushing me out of there.

The dentist herself was pretty well put together as far as being competent and informative once I was able to see her. After the dust settled im no so sure. She seemed pretty rushed and made the comment that she was just going to either grind out the crack and fill it or pull the tooth.

Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do, but Dr. Meyer makes it a pleasant experience everytime. She does a fantastic job explaining what she is doing, and overall does a phenomenal job! You can tell she really enjoys and takes pride in her profession.

I am anxious with dentistry, but Dr Ellens demeanor was very comforting. I havent been to the dentist in a while due to my anxiety and at no time did I feel she was judging me or talking down to me for it. Im extremely grateful.

The dentist did a fantastic Job listening to me and was very patient with making sure that I was completely numb before she started her procedure. I had had a poor experience in the past with pain during dental work, and she did everything she could to help with that. She also explained each step she was taking, with a greatly appreciated.

She told me I am overly sensitive. I was in chair over two hours. Suffered thru shots. Bit my cheek. She ripped my tongue. I was bruised on face. Inside of lip rubbed raw. Very rough drilling down old crown. I was laid down too far and interfered with my breathing. I explained my fear and agony of numbing shots. She was not gentle and gave me FIVE shots before numb. Why does dentist not know where to inject?

She asked me how I was doing. She told me to wear glasses to protect my eyes! She explained what I need to do. They worked on getting a temporary crowns and told me I had an appointment/and I would get the real crowns.

Interaction has good points. they are very caring , polite, sincere, but they made terrible decisions on my behalf especially when I told them what my concerns were and they were determined to take the route they took and they were wrong. I am not satisfied with the outcome of my dental care I received because the problems still exist and I probably would have gotten better care else where.

Worst numbing experience ever dr. did not wait for numb gel to work. The shot was the worst Ive ever experienced. Im changing to a different dentist.

Both my husband and I did not have both dentists check our mouth health like our tongue. Our previous Dentist checked our tongue and sides of the tongue twice a year. I felt we did not have a complete mouth exam and would hope this will change in the future. If a Dentist is not going to look for changes in the mouth, no one else is going to check for changes. Also, did not have options for treatment so could not answer that question.

I dont want to say that I dont have confidence in my dentist because I do believe that she did her job correctly however I have never had her as a dentist before so I wasnt 100% confident in her because I just dont know her

Only spoke to dentist about 5 minutes. - Rewarded X-rays, looked at my mouth, tongue and exam was done.

I felt like my concern wasnt taken seriously and I wasnt confident in her treatment plan considering she went from saying maybe I needed a mouth guard at night to maybe needing a root canal--thats a big difference! When I was practically in tears from so much pain and then told my procedure wouldnt take place for over two months, I was quite displeased.

I have never had a dentist say she could NOT FINISH the ROOT CANAL. After 70 mins of trying to be patient & uncompleted work seems unbelievable to me. Then to be referred to Dr.Ward and another wait till August 14. Why so long to wait, understaffed ???

She needs to talk a little slower. I felt she could take me or leave me. The woman who did the x-rays was excellent.Very helpful.I like she stays during the time the dentist looked at my x-rays.

X-rays taken in Dec. were never discussed! Wisdom teeth were preventing 12 yr. molars from erupting. March patient was in extreme pain could have been avoided. Then instead of sending us to oral surgeon they sent us to Orthodontist! More wasted time!

With the delay in being able to schedule an appointment for correcting my issue, the dentist did not offer any way to reduce the pain I was having with an infected tooth. The day after my appointment I experienced swelling in my neck.. I called the emergency number and the on call Dr. prescribe and antibiotic. I question why the dentist I saw for my appointment did not do this.

did not feel listened to, I was very embarrassed about my broken tooth & it seemed Dr. was only concerned about making money for the comoany. I wanted to hear options & explanations but she was in & gone in a few minutes, telling me what I was going to do.

The dental assistant took me to have xrays --- she said I was down for a "full exam" --- I was only there to see the dentist about a crown that was giving me problems. I like the dentist, but there seems to be a real communication problem at this clinic... why didn't this assistant know WHY I was seeing the doctor?

Dr. Meyer was great! My mouth took a lot of medication to numb. Dr. was very gentle and compassionate about not causing me pain. Took 3 shots to numb me!

Dentist seemed disinterested in me, like I was bothering her. She had a very superior attitude, made me feel stupid for even coming. They took my blood pressure but never followed correct medical procedures for taking it, so of course it was higher that normal, (I check it twice a day, and I work in the medical field). Because it was high they would not do the root canal that I need nor would she give an antibiotic for the absessed tooth I still have. I don't know how I am supposed to get this tooth fixed other than go to another dental practice.

I had a small chip on the front corner of my tooth. She filled it and ground it away at a drastic angle. It looked horrible so she ground the Rest down to straighten it out now my one front tooth is 1/16th shorter than the other one. I was always known for my beutiful smile, but now I get asked what happened to your front tooth.? I would really like to get it repaired but it's probably too late as 1/16 of my tooth is gone and I can't afford a crown at this time. I was waiting for the survey to express my concerns. I'm really hoping that this could be remedied. Please respond.

I had a chipped front tooth. Dentist stated that they would not fill the chip since it would crack off right away, and the only option was to have two front caps put on, which they have been advocating for some time, and that their insurance would not pay for it since it was cosmetic. Could not make an appointment for further treatment as the computer was down. I went to another dentist and had the tooth filled immediately. Paid cash. This was right before Christmas.
