Dr. Cheney is wonderful. He did a great job explaining to me what they would be doing and again was proactive and apologizing for what had occurred when I called Monday and not being able to talk to a dentist and get a prescription at that time.

Exceptional Care as Usual. He is the Kindest Most Enjoyable Dentist I have ever had. He is Very Perfessional & at the same time Funny! He has a way of making an uncomfortable situation & calming me down with his AMAZING sense of Humor! I could go on & on about him. His whole Team Love him too, He has such a way with them! I have NEVER seen anyone, including me around Dr Cheney that wasnt smiling. He is Attentive to the needs of his patients. Going out of his way to give Excellent Dental Care. I called yesterday, with a crown in my hand & a tear in my eye... W/in an hour I was fit in & cared for. The charge fie services is so reasonable too.. I cant spell check with this phone, sorry for typos!

Dr. Cheney far exceeded my expectations! I went in for a routine cleaning and check up. I knew something was not right with a tooth. The filling was falling out. I would have expected to make another appointment to fix it. Dr. Cheney said I cant send you home like that! He fixed it on the spot. He is an amazing dentist! He so so caring and excellent at his craft. My family is lucky to have had him for decades. There is no rating high enough for this visit and all of Dr. Cheneys team!!

I have had negative experiences with other dentists and dental trauma, and Dr. Cheney is knowledgeable about my past and works effortlessly to make me feel safe and cared for. He helps me feel in control of my dental health, so he has been instrumental in improving my quality of life. I could not recommend a better dentist.

I am SO glad to be back with Dr. Cheney! He 100% listened to me and was very present and engaged in my visit. There were issues with my X-rays being sent over and he was unable to see them right away but despite that he was VERY kind and understanding and still checked my teeth! He gave me great advice and I really appreciate his second opinion on my teeth concerns! Thanks so much Dr. Cheney!
I am SO glad to be back with Dr. Cheney! He 100% listened to me and was very present and engaged in my visit. There were issues with my X-rays being sent over and he was unable to see them right away but despite that he was VERY kind and understanding and still checked my teeth! I did want to discuss other cosmetic options with him, that we didnt go over but the dental hygienist answered all my questions and gave great suggestions to get the best look. overall Dr Cheney put to rest my anxiety that I had serious oral health concerns and assured me My cavities,although numerous, are all very small and added that I have strong teeth and great gums. This was the worst appointment I have ever had with a dentist. I came from another dental office and was seeking relief from a bad toothache that my dentist said needed a root canal. (My dental office doesn't do them.) It was an emergency situation after excruciating pain all weekend. After I explained the situation to him, the best that I could, the Doctor shot rapid fire questions at me that I didn't know the answers to and made comments about the bad dentistry I was receiving. He badgered me to the point that I started crying which I have never done at a dentist appointment in my life. All I know was that I was in pain and no one seemed to want to do anything about it. After that, the doctor decided that I needed to have the filing out that was causing the trouble and he would prep the tooth for the root canal. I was relieved that something would be done to help me. Before he started to work on me I told him that I had TMJ. He said that wouldn't bother him. About halfway through the treatment, I asked him for a clamp to hold my mouth open to relieve the pain in my jaw from the TMJ. His reply was that he was almost done. While I am very grateful that he took action to help me, I am disappointed in the unprofessional manner in which I was treated.

Dr. Cheney is an excellent dentist. I have had an incredible amount of work done and he always makes sure that I don't feel any pain. I trust him and will only see him when I make my appointments. His assistants are very nice also. Very happy with seeing him and will continue to.

Sarah who is Dr. Cheney's receptionist is such a nice person. When I call she assists me right away and if I have to leave a message she always calls me back very soon after. Always is able to help me with anything I ask. I notice Dr. Cheney's team is always the same so that tells me they enjoy working for him also. I am the biggest chicken with it comes to seeing a dentist but he honestly always makes me feel comfortable and is kind. I appreciate that so much and speak very highly of him to my family and friends.

All individuals capable and friendly. My upset was to not get my molar fixed nor in being able to have an appointment with Dr. Brennan for almost 2 weeks - and I suspect that is only to examine me! I understand he is on a leave, but that surely does not help my condition. When calling back again to see if I could get a sooner appointment (now I have to wait about 1 1/2 weeks) I was then also advised to take antibiotics for infection under my lower teeth. I suspect your quality is excellent but the delays in getting treated are frustrating and painful.

The only discomfort I experienced during my visit was the injection of anesthetic to numb the area around where the work would be done. I dont like shots in my mouth, they hurt. Other than that my experience was very good all the way around. I was treated with kindness and courtesy, my questions were answered and everyone that I saw there was very good about explaining what they were going to do before doing it.

If these questions would have been asked to me 15 years ago (even 4 years ago), I would have told everyone to stay away from Dental Associates. I was a patient there about 20 years ago, and one of my children was also. We had a very bad experience there and I was VERY reluctant to even call Dental Associates for the work that I needed to have done at this time. However, they were the only office I could get into in a timely manner. Dr. Cheney and the staff changed my mind about Dental Associates. I hope that trend continues.

Dr. Cheney and I have not yet talked about what I need to do to avoid future problems. Basically what he is doing during the appointments I have with him, is replacing old fillings because they are damaged/failing. I would imagine I would learn more from the hygienist when I get my teeth cleaned later this week. I didnt have to receive any return phone calls, so I am unable to comment on the promptness of returning phone calls.

The bathroom facilities have always been sub-par, and the womens restroom really needs to be redesigned & updated. The gap on the stall doors does not allow any privacy and in the first stall only a very skinny person can sit since the commode is under the toilet paper holder. The waiting room is very bleak, looks worse than the DMV. I have been a patient at Dental Associates a long time and all the patient centric attributes are superb but the two items I mentioned above should be looked at.
