As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.
Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed unedited in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.
Dentist never spoke to me about his exam.
Very disappointed with the appointment. we waited 30 minutes just to be told we needed to re-schedule. It would be nice to receive a call prior to our appointment so we wont have to take work off for no reason.
Everything was EXCELLENT. He was very friendly and explained everything and joked with us about his braces. We really liked him a lot!
Asked me if I was doing O.K.
Normally they would take me back after his appointment so I could ask the dentist questions, but they did not do that this time, and he had a new dentist so I didnt even get to meet him. I was a little disappointed about that. I actually did have a question for the dentist, but since I did not see him I forgot about it.
