Dr Kaul and his assistant, I believe her name was Kelly. Both very welcoming, made conversation and makes you feel comfortable, and attentive. Addressed my concern I was experiencing and made suggestions. Love that she took extra precaution when taking my xrays and used the shield seeing that I was pregnant. Kelly was very sweet!! Dr. Kaul was very polite professional and really kept in mind my pregnancy and making me feel comfortable with waiting until after I have baby to come in for the small work I need.

I have a major infected tooth, which is now finally getting addressed. I appreciate honesty and the dentist that I had went to said and recommended me to a different one. Whoever I need to go to is what I need to do so thankfully both of them.

I havent had work done by Dr kaul yet but I do trust him. He told me his experience and that he takes his time. If only I had him do my crowns initially instead of fixing what is left to work with.

I have never been to this dentist before and I really really really liked him a lot during the procedure he kept saying good and he kept saying very positive things he was very upbeat. I could tell he loves working there and helping people with their dental issues. Even though we didnt have a conversation, I could tell he was very compassionate, and it really is my anxiety. I would definitely definitely recommend him as a dentist to all my friends and family.

Dr. Kaul is a masterful dentist. He is very exact to make sure you have the best possible outcome. His technique for numbing is gentle, careful, and thorough. He is very friendly and you can tell hes invested in his patients well being. Dr. Kaul is helping me work through some past dental missteps and Ive never felt judged and actually feel like I have a good plan to move forward with, thanks to him. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kaul.

Dr Kaul has a great sense of humor, which puts meat ease. Both he and his assistant Anna constantly ask if Im ok and to let them know if I get uncomfortable or in pain. which never happened.

He doesnt judge me when I need a filling and hes honest about what work actually needs to be done instead and will try to save me money when he can in terms of coming up with a treatment plan.

I saw dr. on initial exam. I was uncomfortable because he didnt actually face me when he introduced himself. He talked behind me and to the assistant, not me about by filling that fell out. I marked down in my history that Im stressed of dentist. I wont turn this paper in until I see him on Feb. 11 to see if I like him no not. As of now, Im afraid he wont listen of my concern -> He didnt talk to me - he talked to assistant.

Both Dr. Kaul and his Assistant listened to my concerns, explained the x rays and procedures while examining my tooth, answered my questions and spoke in a language I could understand. I appreciated their expert care!

Dentist did not ask if I was in pain. he was very rough. He did not take time to allow the numbing gel to work and immediately used the needle on my infected tooth. First time Ive ever screamed in any dental chair.

At my previous appt in Dec 2016, it was a 6-month recall/cleaning. Dr. Lenz saw me that day. She said I had one tooth in which the filling had cracked, so I needed it replaced, and another tooth right next to it that may have been cracked. I had questions about that, so when I got to my appt on Jan 5, 2017, I talked to the dental assistant about it, and she talked to Dr. Kaul. He looked at my chart, looked in my mouth, and explained everything to me. I only needed the one tooth to have the filling re-done. I didn't need the other one. I felt that Dr. Kaul explained his decision to me really well. He also gave like a play-by-play throughout the treatment, so I knew what was going on. I liked that.

Sometimes when patient go through a "big" surgery, it is normal they show their fear and concern, it will be helpful if the assistants and the doctors show more patience to answer questions, especially THE ASSISTANT, showing more understanding to explain more is definitely very helpful.
