Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Dr. Kling is literally one of the nicest, kindest, most accommodating humans I know. He is always checking to make sure I am comfortable. His voice is so calm and he is so reassuring and always has a funny joke or something distracting to say so I do not focus on the pain or whatever I am experiencing. I feel so lucky that he is my dentist and that my whole family has gotten to see him over the years. He always tries his best to do the least evasive procedure and he always has a smile on his face while he explains everything that you might be experiencing. I dont think he will ever be allowed to retire!

I keep telling Dr Murphys that the new dentures are totally are not lined up with the bottom teeth. I keep having to go back and forth to Shawano. I have no gas money to keep coming every week. Every time my dentures have broken. Dr Murphy says quit breaking walnuts with your teeth. Which makes me feel like they think its my fault and that Im not taking care of my dentures. I eat all soft foods. I have to blend my food which is totally gross I feel like Im a baby when I eat. I never chew anything or bite into anything hard. Im not understanding why Dr Murphy doesnt fix the problem. I keep telling him that the side ones are hitting too hard hopefully my next appointment he will listen and we can get this right. My insurance only covers two appointments to fix broken or cracked dentures. I dont have any money if they break now. Because two of my appointments were already used.

Dr. Kling is very good at what he does. I think he tried very hard to make this necessary treatment as easy as he could on me. It was a tough tooth to get out but it came out in one piece without any trauma and I am thankful for that.

Dr. Kling examined my tooth, explained very clearly that the tooth needed to be extracted, I would be placed on 10 days of antibiotics. He said that in about three months, I can have an implant. He was very clear on everything.

Dr. Kling has great bedside manner and informs me on everything he is doing. I have had my issues with dental visits in the past with breathing and stress but I dont have any of that with Dr. Kling and his support staff.
Dr. Kling has great bedside manner and informs me on everything he is doing. I have had my issues with dental visits in the past with breathing and stress but I dont have any of that with Dr. Kling and his support staff.

It was the greatest experience weve had with a dentist! He was very nervous about his procedure. They took things slow, showed so much compassion and educated us along the way. Considering what I needed done, I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kling was excellent at administering local anesthesia. almost painlessly. He was excellent at making sure it was adequate and adding more where needed. There was slight discomfort, in the form of pressure as he needed to move the tooth around, to loosen it. But, the only surprise came when he said what would you say, if I told you we were done?. After that, he took the time to show me where and why I was having problems. I left with a thorough understanding of what I needed to do next and who to contact if I had any complications during the healing process.

Was seeing Dr for a toot extraction. Being I have gag reflex, I was sedated. Greeted warmly and got into chair. Dr. asked if I would like additional pill which I took. that was last I remembered. So far 26 hours later no pain or issues. Rating based on what my wife said when they spoke with her as I was still out of it.

a piece of tooth broke off and they were able to get me in within 2 hours on a Friday with a different dentist. Dr. was very busy with 2 other surgeries going on but was able to fit me in and never made me feel like I was an inconvience or a bother. The Dr.s assistant was so nice and set the mood for a great experience.

My concern doesnt spell from time spent with me or conversation, it more is around the fact that I had an issue with a tooth over the last couple of cleanings and was mentioned to both his dental assistant and him and neither addressed it only for my tooth to vertically split in half when eating rice and fall out! I felt like it could have been avoided by having it addressed over the past year but instead it wasnt and now I had to get part of the tooth built up, a crown and all that stuff! More money and time for me when I feel like it didnt have to happen potentially.

I had a tooth extracted on Tuesday afternoon. Dr. Kling called me that evening to see how I was doing. Although I wasnt able to answer the phone, he left me a voice mail expressing concern, and he told me that I could call back if needed. At that point, I didnt need to call him back. I did appreciate the thought.

Dr. Kling was great. He explained everything that would happen in a friendly and easy way to understand. He was very considerate of the situation that I am in chemo therapy. The tooth extraction was quick and virtually painless, and not much pain afterwards. I especially appreciated him calling me Saturday evening to see how I as doing, this was completely unexpected but so nice.

My experience was just amazing. Everyone was VERY caring and made sure I was comfortable at all times. - I'm suggesting Dental Associates North to everyone. If there was a extremely satisfied I would mark that!

I was told by others that a place like this you will be 'just a number'... but honestly I did not feel that way at all... I am impressed by the organizational way they handle patients, and even though it is a much bigger facility than what I came from I still felt like I was getting the appropriate care and concern. I was scared to leave my dentist I had been a patient of for many, many years. But that fear quickly vanished the moment I walked in the door and greeted by your wonderful staff that assured me I had made the right choice. Thank you!

I cannot rate Dr Kling and staff high enough. The care they have shown me is amazing. In all my years I have never had such a great experience at the dentist. I had stayed clear of dentists for years because of fear and cost but I do not have that any more. God Bless you Dr Kling and all of your wonderful staff!!

I arrived early & was seen early. Due to the treatment that was being done, it did take a long time to fix my tooth. Dr Kling kept checking with me to make sure I was OK. When I did start feeling discomfort, he applied extra numbing to cut the pain. I am very satisfied with Dr Kling & his staff. I prefer to drive the 26 miles to be treated than to change dentist.

This is what has kept me from the dentist for many years...the fear of big bills and procedures being done that are not needed. Dental Associates staff went over everything and I got to help with decisions and what was best for my budget. Robyn went over everything with me and when I left, I felt good about the care I received and the plan of "attack" for my dental care.

trying to explain that the Valium/Benadryl route doesnt work for me and listening! They did offer me to go to the other facility but I couldnt really afford yet another drive up there and another copayment just for another exam and THEN to be seen for same appt.

Always seems like the dentist is in a hurry because he is pulled between patients. I am fearful of error because he is not given the liberty to be personable with his patients and is hopping from chair to chair.
