The dentist just came in and gave me shot in my mouth to numb me, without telling me he was going to do it. Shocked me. After the shot he left, without saying anything, when he'd be back or how long we had to wait. I looked over and he was with another pt. The assistant went to let him know I was ready, and I'm pretty sure I saw him come right over from the other pt without washing his hands. Put new gloves on and worked on my tooth, again without any explanation on what he was doing. Was never talking to me, just the assistant. Not good bedside manner and not good infection control

He answered my questions after reviewing the xrays. Set up a referral and relieved my fears.

Dr Murphy is wonderful! Professional while remaining personable and keeps me well informed about my procedure.

Spent less than 3 minutes with me told me what was wrong he said that should fix it however it did not I have to schedule another appointment for the extraction like I would have preferred to do in the first place. Dr Murphy does not listen nor does he spend time with the patients.

I did not want anesthesia and he complied and did not make me take it. It went well with out it.

Had my first check up yesterday and cleaning today. Both experiences were great

Dr Terry was amazing

I didn't have the same dentist from last timeAnd he didn't help he saw me for like 1 minute and didn't answer questions I had an scolded me for grinding my teeth he didn't go over what could be don't to stop it other than an expensive mouth guard. I hope I get a different more caring dentist next time

Dr Murphy filed down the sharp edges of the partly broken off tooth. He said that it probably will need a crown, which can wait bit as long as it isn't painful. I was pleased with that decision.
