Insurance

As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

We had a very good experience with my son's tooth extraction. While it can be a very scary appointment, the dental assistant and dentist made us very comfortable and confident in their work. I liked that they allowed me to go back with him while they got him settled before the procedure so I could comfort him and hear about everything they would be doing. Please always allow parents this access!!

He also made my son feel very comfortable.

First time seeing this dentist. He was AMAZING! Great the kiddos, and very good with the parents explaining things to parents, listing. Just amazing!

Doctor Erik was very knowledgeable and really nice with my son, he did a great job!!

KUDOS to the dentist for being so patient and fun with our 3 year old that is scared of his dental appointments. The dentist did a great job of explaining things, keeping our son engaged and keeping things fun!! He took time to answer all of our questions and explain things in a way we could understand!
