Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Dr. Patel did not listen to me or care for anything I had to say .My partial was missing one O ring and the other three were worn. I had some pain because of the condition of the O rings. When my reparied partial was returned to me by the nurse I asked about the O rings but did not get any Information . I did not see the Dr. Or did she check how the partial fit.

Dr. Patel was incredible. I had serious thoughts about switching to another dentist for a more personalized experience but I had such an AMAZING time, my needs were met and my stresses were addressed, I hope Dr. Patel can be my Dentist forever. I had never felt so cared for in an experience at the dentist. I hope he does regular cleaning as well. It was just sooooooooooooooooooooooooo good.

I was having an old, large filling replaced - Dr. Patel thoroughly explained that if my root or nerve were an issue it may result in a root canal - made me aware of possibility. I appreciated that!

I had never seen Dr. Patel before as I got in due to a cancelation. I didnt feel like he cared about me or about how much pain I was in. He is not very personable. He did the exam and told me I had 2 options, root canal and crown or extraction. Since a crown is SO expensive and you expect payment up front, I had no choice but to choose an extraction. I couldnt get in for that to be done until Monday, 4 days later. He told me to take ibuprofen. I told him I jad been and it did nothimg for the pain. He didnt seem to care. i explained my top and bottom jaw bones hurt, the pain went to my ear and acrossy head. He said antibiotics were not needed. I left there upset and still in pain. I went to urgent care because there was no way I could take that pain for 4 more days. They prescribed an antibiotic, Naproxen, and 5 hydrocodone pills. The provider literally said she felt bad for me because of how much pain I was in.

I was extremely nervous, shaking and in pain. Talked to me like I was a adolescent and I could just stop the shaking. talked over me and not to me. I seemed to annoy him. I was in a lot of pain after and he said I shouldnt be so I felt like he was not listening. I do not think I will be going back

Everything went well except the assistant and dentist didnt put the dental sunglasses on me!! I had to look into the bright light the entire time of my exam. I thought it was normal not to wear a pair during the exam.

I was more than impressed. I thought I would need braces ror my issue, and while he agreed, he offered to grind a tooth down that was cutting into my tongue. This worked great, and I walked out all done. A good man.

Angie, the assistant, was amazing. She took a lot of time with me to make sure my situation was good to go. Then the dentist came in and was very professional and concerned. I was extremely impressed with both my assistant and dentist. They were awesome and I told Angie that as I left.

He told me not to chew on the side I had a filling in until the numbing was gone. I chewed on it the next day and my tooth broke off (not happy).

My daughter was scheduled for a crown. The dentist said since she was under 16 years of age and the filling he put in the tooth was holding up well, she didn't have to have the crown that day. That was good news because I didn't have to spend $800, but it seemed like I made an unnecessary trip to the dentist. But it was good to know that the filling in her (root canal) tooth should hold up for a while.

I never saw the dentist at all. No one explained anything to me or said I could go back with my 11 year old son. They just said they were small cavities and it would be fine. Afterwards, they said it went fine. They failed to tell me they struck a nerve
