How does Patient Portal access work for family accounts?

If multiple family members are listed under the same Denticon account, only the person listed as the responsible party can create and access the Patient Portal account.

Each Denticon account can have only one Patient Portal account. For example, if spouses are on the same family account, only the spouse designated as the responsible party can create a Patient Portal login.
