Why did I receive a bill if I have dental insurance?

Dental insurance may cover only a portion of your treatment. After your insurance company processes your claim, you may be responsible for deductibles, copays, coinsurance or services that are not fully covered by your plan.

Why is my insurance payment not showing on my statement?

Insurance claims can take time to process. If a claim is still pending when your statement is generated, the payment or adjustment may not appear until a future statement.
