As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

The dentist showed me on the xray exactly what was going on and the process to prepare for further developments and possible solutions/options for my dental procedures. He was very clear and concise and very nice to easy my anxiety
I appreciated his gentle attitude. It helped me to stay calm. When the work was proceeding, and I felt pain, he stopped.

Dr. Holdridge told me what needed to be done so that I wouldnt continue to get infections and put on antibiotics while waiting for my extraction date in July. He did an awesome job and I was very happy with his decision to just get it out of my mouth.
