I am thoroughly impressed with my dentist. He even called later that evening to check how I was doing since I was so numb when I left. He let me know when I left that he would be following up to be sure the filings felt okay and he would get me back in the next day if anything needed to be adjusted. WOW!!! Thats dedication to ensure patients are getting the best care! Especially on a holiday week!!!

Ive never had a dentist take so much time with me to ensure my knowledge of what was going to happen that visit and review my future visits and options. I even received a follow up call from the dentist himself, not an assistant or receptionist, to check on how I was doing hours later.

We came in on a referral for an extraction. After examining, we were able to instead get a filling saving the tooth. He was very good in handling a nervous mentally disabled patient. He made sure she understood what was going to happen and patient in waiting for her to be comfortable with the next steps.

Dr. Gundlach is nothing short of the BEST. He provided the best care, he listened to my concerns and what I wanted to be done and the results are unbelievable. I have never had a dentist listen to me to way he did and his work is unbelievable! I have been so self conscious of my smile and have neglected my teeth for years due to fear of previous dental experiences but after this first visit with Dr. Gundlach, I cannot wait to go back and get more work done and finally have the smile that I have been wanting! Absolutely the best dentist!!

Dr. Gundlach is hands down the best dentist Ive had at Dental Associates. I really appreciate him getting me in early for my crown work since the tooth was bothering me. He even called me that evening making sure I felt ok and that was really nice. Great doctor!

He explained everything he was doing in the procedure, what I should expect from the procedure, and any after care I needed to do later. This dentist listened to me when I told him I could feel the drill still. He stopped and numbed me some more before continuing. He also described how my old filling broke down while replacing it. He spoke to me, not to the assistant the entire time. He also called me later in the day to check on my bite and numbness.

I am not a stranger to the dental chair and I have to say that Dr. Gundlach is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He explains everything to you, listens to your concerns and fears, and talks to you about all of them. His bedside manner is awesome and his follow up calls are appreciated more than he knows. He is able to get ahold of after a procedure for questions and that just speaks to his being the best.

The dentist that I had this time was very thorough with me throughout the entire process. He detailed everything for me step by step and even gave me a referral to an orthodontist because it seems like my bite could be off. This dentist even called me after the appointment as a follow up to make sure my tooth is feeling good and I didnt feel any discomfort. That is above and beyond any dentist has ever done for me. He let me know I can call him with any issues within a day or 2. The best experience.
