The dentist was gentle and did great work. However, I was given no information about what he was going to do or when. Ive never had this procedure before and dont know what to expect. I was not given any options or included in my care at all. I just sat back with my mouth open and hoped for the best. Again- the work was great- I just wish communication had been a part of it.

All the dentists in the oral surgeon the hygienist the receptionist everybody is very courteous and friendly and they make sure that you okay before you leave the office and if they have any problems or need anything or theyll tell you to call back to the office to make another appointment so they can figure it out

Dr. Lukats explained well to me about my tooth/gum problem. Its a good experience. He explained I will see Dr. Braun for my gums, the Gum Specialist.. Right away Dr. Lukas prescribed medications and called Walgreens.

He continuously bounced around to help other patients. Apparently, my tooth cracked during the procedure. He casually mentioned it and then moved on. Never informed me how he was handling it, how bad the crack was, etc. Seemed very rough in the way he was drilling my tooth.

I was there for an emergency visit and my dentist was not available. For the second time in less than 3 months, my crown broke. The dentist was quite brash, and he gave me the impression that he wanted nothing to do with me. Before introducing himself he made it clear that he was going to do a temporary fix, because I needed to see my own dentist. Trust me ,I would have rather seen her.

even though it was difficult to find the soft spot in the dentists personality, doesnt mean he is not a good dentist. he was very professional, examined me ( however did not examine the inside or behind the front or exposed gum. he felt he didnt need to go any further bc it was obvious I had a gum infection, which happened from my tooth brush brissel going up between my gum and tooth line. but I would have still liked the dentist to have taken a look at the opposite side just to make sure there was nothing stuck and that the cut I could feel with my tongue was examined.

I had no idea my treatment was with the same dentist that caused all of my troubles with this tooth in the first place. He took no responsibility for putting a crown on a rotten tooth that caused a serious infection, requiring the root canal in a brand new crown. He is always rushed because his schedule is overbooked. I will not be returning to this dentist.
I had no idea my treatment was with the same dentist that caused all of my troubles with this tooth in the first place. He took no responsibility for putting a crown on a rotten tooth that caused a serious infection, requiring the root canal in a brand new crown. He is always rushed because his schedule is overbooked. I will not be returning to this dentist.

I often feel pain through the anesthetic (commented to dentist & assistant). I asked if warm water could be used during drilling - dentist said cold water is needed to cool the drill. LAter in procedure I winced again & began crying- I repeated my request & he said I should have told him I was in discomfort (I HAD). At that point, he became concerned for my pain tolerance & reapplied anesthetic to the area.

The dentist was absolutely fantastic!!! He talked me through every step of the way, had a great disposition, and was great while explaining procedural issues to the young man assisting him. He spent a great deal of time making sure I would be comfortable with the temporary crown that I was getting.

They are always on time. Dentist and his assistant were very competent and explained everything very well. Relaxed atmosphere. Dentist knew a lot about the dental staff, names, birthdays, children etc. (they were talking about someone's birthday and he asked about the employee's child.) Very caring and compassionate.

dr Lukats was wonderful, I had a tough time returning to see a dentist after a number of years. He was understanding, took time to explain, and when I needed to have an unexpected emergency root canal, he came to see that I was Ok !,,

This particular dentist wasnt concerned with my issues. Looked at xray and said see Dr. Brums. Dentist could have reviewed my xray, called me back just to tell me to see Dr. Brums. My time was wasted on this particular trip! My first time every seeing or hearing about this particular dentist.

i was told i could not have any dental done because i had knee replacement and i had to take some kind of meds before they would do anything, there should have been a way to find this out before i had gone in. also even if i could have had a filling done i should NOT have come back for that at a different visit. why cant your people do EVERYTHING on one visit instead of a person having to schedule more appointments. it seems that you schedule separate appointments for everything so that you can get more money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My only complaint is when the lab person came up to speak with the dentist she said when I broke a tooth out previously the wrong acrylic was used and that was why my denture cracked. If that was the case this repair should have been done free of charge,

The situation was odd. I explained that the pain wasn't bad, but he offered me a prescription for pain killers. He gave me a prescription for anti-biotics, but there were no signs of infection and no infection was noted on the dentist's notes.
