As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I think one of the most amazing thing is, she asked me what I was looking forward to do with my dental health she listened. She gave me options. She explained things to me very thoroughly. I felt very comfortable, making my decision to continue treatment with her and put my trust in her hands.

She was fantastic and I hate dentists. I hate that I really like her and felt at ease and comfortable and cared for. Its a weird unfamiliar feeling. Is this what its SUPPOSED to be like?
