As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Shes really amazing! She used teaching methods instead of making me feel guilty, I always felt guilty about doing anything wrong w my mouth care. She explains everything before shes gonna do it, making sure ur as comfortable as possible. U have hand signals for needing a break or if u feel sharpness. She always asks if I have any questions before starting. She also does everything in her power to make you comfortable and feel safe and in control. Its not always possible, but she is very big on communication. Shes wonderful and I would recommend her or referrals from her to anyone who needs a dentist.
