Insurance
As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I will recommend Dr. Kahn if asked about a dentist. She knows her profession and its about the client not the money it seemed to me. My dental care was most important, and she gave/told me 2-3 options for service. She explained all of the processes. I appreciated the entire staff for their service that day and days to come.

I didnt realize she was talking to me as she was using dental terminology. When I did ask her to explain what she was talking about, she did.

Dentist was thorough and accurate.
She just looked in my mouth, spoke to the hygienist, and left. I was then shown my estimated out of pocket costs for 3 cavities to be filled (only 1 of which I knew about prior) by the hygienist. I REALLY love that I was shown the costs up front but I wish the doctor had explained where or how deep these cavities were and what options I had. Im only going to go in for the one cavity I know about because its an immediate concern for me. Im not sure I trust coming in for other fillings quite yet
