As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I liked the doctor. She was good at communicating and explaining.
Dentist gave me precise details for further treatment, as well as all options.
I will recommend Dr. Kahn if asked about a dentist. She knows her profession and its about the client not the money it seemed to me. My dental care was most important, and she gave/told me 2-3 options for service. She explained all of the processes. I appreciated the entire staff for their service that day and days to come.
