As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I tell everyone, Manos is the best implant guy in town.
Nothing was discussed with me. Nothing explained. I understand I was just on a conveyor belt for Dr Manos but he could do so much better. Explain procedure up front. I should also have known about aftercare needs up front. Again. I realize I am just a number - he called me you not my name but could do so much better
I only have appearances to rely upon but it did appear the dentist has a work style a bit like my own, which I found assuring. Basically, exchange pleasantries, do the task at hand and then.....Next...
