The dentist was great and so were the two ladies that assisted.
Excellent
Very skilled oral surgeon, and extremely nice..
Dentist was running late. Because of this, she rushed my appt and it was the worst injections ive ever had. Very painful and ive had hundreds of injections and never once had this experience.
Good consultation -
I thought she was kinda rough when freezing me. Have never had this happen before
She did not have a very good bedside manner.
I think the oral surgeon believed I was out before I was. She put a block in my mouth to keep it open wide, which was very uncomfortable but manageable. She did it without warning or giving any explanation. Then the last things I remember was her aggressively shoving my head back. This was painful enough the I had to clench onto the armrests and bite back tears as I squeezed my eyes shut. Agian, with no explanation or even talking to me. Didnt feel like I was being treated like a person.
I had to decide if extraction would be done that day. I did decide that the extraction be done that day...but there was no explanation of the process. I have never had a dentist who did not attempt to make me comfortable or help me understand the process.
This dentist was simply a delight to be around. She was smiling the whole time (could see it in her eyes), appropriately jovial yet appropriately informational, and shared a sense of humor and energy. Extractions are awful...she made it not-awful.
