Dr. Hammond was great. She talked me through her plan to fix my teeth. I was very nervous, She has a soft voice and did a lot of reassuring me everything is alright. I didnt tell her that I was a nurse, I didnt want to seem like a know it all. But was impressed with the cleanliness and proper precautions the Doctor and assistant display.I will definitely tell the people I know that this is the doctor to go to.

Dr Hammond was kind, but she seemed rushed. She assured me that extracting my tooth was my best options. I do wished she gave me explanation or let me know what other options I had. Overall shes good, but she seems like shes in a rush.

Dr. Hammond is top shelf. I love her sense of humor and talking through every step of the way. I requested a double dose of freezing medication as I dont want any pain. She understands how I feel. Her bed side manner is tremendous what a likeable personality too. She cares about her patients and understands the fear and nervous emotions people have when sitting on the dentist chair. She knows her stuff too. A true professional dentist in every sense. Thank you doctor for holding my hand and making me feel comfortable and calming my fear and anxiety.

Dr. Hammond was wonderful, she has a great bedside manner(can you tell Im a retired nurse!). So friendly, explained everything about my xrays, and a much thorough exam than my previous dentist. Also reviewed medical history, I have never had a dentist do that.

Dr. Hammond is amazing. It had been a couple years since Id been in for a visit, and it was a delight to meet Dr. Hammond for the first time. In addition to my fears, I have an extensive medical history & chronic pain. I do not numb to normal lidocaine & actually woke up in pain in the middle of a surgery because a physiatrist didnt listen to me. I remember every bit of waking up being held down because I was climbing off the surgical table with medical equipment into my spine!! When my husband & I told Dr Hammond the medication that DOES work she was so receptive & stated so casually then thats what we will need!! She didnt make it a big deal or issue. Of course she would use what I needed!! Amazing!! That was a huge issue & component of my fear. Matter of factly she said thats what well use. Im so used to almost having to beg w physicians to use what I need because they are set in their ways and use whatever they want to use despite my needs and Dr Hammond just took it in stride. She made me feel very safe. Very protected!! Shes a gem!!

she didnt really give me a plan she just told me what she was going to do, or what needed to be done, but was saying it fast. I felt I had no time to really actually talk to her, I felt she was rushed with her other client an just fitting me in, I would have liked it to have been better explained to me, I kept telling her what teeth were sensitive an ones I was having problems with and she didnt seem to understand, kept pointing out the wrong ones and ones on the complete opposite side of my mouth. Both dentist I had talked to - said it wouldnt be a better fit than what I had. Dr. Naa found out it was warped. When I chewed one side always popped up. Who could eat with that in your mouth!

I have challenges with vertigo when lying completely flat. The dentist took the time before starting the appointment to talk with me about ways to help address vertigo if it were to occur during the appointment. The dental assistants were also very helpful and caring.
