As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.
Patient comments are gathered from our Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction Survey and displayed unedited in their entirety. Patients are de-identified for confidentiality and patient privacy.

Dr. KK is so kind and very comforting. plus I feel shes an excellent dentist
dentist was very caring.
This was my first time with this dentist. Loved her!
Dr. Okeke is an excellent provider. Her skills, knowledge, & professionalism are outstanding. She cares for the whole patient; her mannerisms are genuine, showing empathy, consideration, & truly wants the best outcome for her patients. My case was difficult, the provider I was originally working with left Dental Associates. I waited over a year in limbo. Dr Okeke joined Dental Associates, took my case over & completed my dental work. She made me very comfortable by her honestly. Thank you Dr. Okeke
Dr. Okeke came in and instead of talking to me grabbed my partial and went to place it in my mouth where I feel she used a bit too much force to jam it in my mouth, which was uncomfortable. Then wanted me to show her what the issue was. So I pulled it out of my mouth and showed her the loose piece. Same thing I showed the asst. yet they didnt talk to each other. This could have been avoided.
she was great!!
She explained all the option saving the tooth and the cost of replacing.
Dr. addressed overall dental needs, not just current problem. Appreciated options.
