The dentist was rude, I had a bun in my hair and he said it was in his way, I asked if he wanted me to take it down he said it was fine. He then proceed to hit my bun multiple times and wrapped cords around it multiple times. I was very disappointed in the interaction we had.

To be frank, I felt like I was being talked about instead of to. And having your mouth open is a vulnerable position to be in because you cant vouch for him. I felt like I was just someone else in a long list of patients to see.

I had a short exam of my mouth and then was quickly transferred to the dentist chair with more x-rays. All of the Doctors were very great listeners, asked if I had any pain, and were able to make any recommendations to Dr. Vuong as needed.

I think his bedside manner was poor. I felt like I was being shamed because I had not been to the doctor since 2019.

This is the first dentist who explained to me about my receding gums, bite problems and things I can do to help them. He was very patient and went into detail about how I am predisposed to cavities due to my teeth shape. He answered all my questions and I did not feel like he rushed me at all. He is the best, most thorough dentist Ive seen in my 26 years of life. I learned so much in my 20mins with him that Ive never learned from any other dentist before. He even made sure to refer me to the gum specialist, which I wasnt even aware existed. Amazing, patient and kind dentist

The dentist came in with his suggestion and provided a mirror to explain his suggestion, but it felt as if he didnt have empathy. No one never know what another person maybe going through. He made some good suggestions but didnt explain the order of what come first then second for treatment. There was no small talk just robotic and mechanical.

The dentist was very thorough with explaining the course of action that needs to be taken for my teeth which are in poor condition which I am very ashamed of but the dentist did not make me feel bad about it

He was extremely rude. I admitted that my problems were because of neglect and he acted disgusted to even help me. Checked my teeth for about 5 seconds and told me this was my fault and that he couldnt help me. Dismissed himself within minutes with a last minute suggestion of an antibiotic when I pushed for any sort of relief.

He explained some complicated options to me once and when I asked another question he was impatient that I already told you that. I was there for help and he made me feel like I was just asking too much of him.

Dentist barely speaks to me. He speaks about me to his assistant as if I am not there. In the appointments I have had with him he complains repeatedly about my dental hygiene and the size of my mouth. One of these things I can control and Im working to improve but I cannot do anything about the fact that I am a small person with a small mouth. He has made me feel like he hates working on my mouth and that my teeth arent worth trying to save. Each time I see him it gets worse. I only saw him this last time because I was midway through a crown and needed the final crown put in.
