Felt he was condescending and a little rude! Without knowing my experience he acted like and stated what you expect me to do. His assistant was much more relateable
He explained the next steps for my procedure.
Really enjoyed meeting my dentist and because it was my first appointment at Dental Associates I was immediately put at ease.
The dentist explained things well
Listened and clearly identified my needs and how to proceed with my services
The dentist was rude, I had a bun in my hair and he said it was in his way, I asked if he wanted me to take it down he said it was fine. He then proceed to hit my bun multiple times and wrapped cords around it multiple times. I was very disappointed in the interaction we had.
Everything went well
To be frank, I felt like I was being talked about instead of to. And having your mouth open is a vulnerable position to be in because you cant vouch for him. I felt like I was just someone else in a long list of patients to see.
I had a short exam of my mouth and then was quickly transferred to the dentist chair with more x-rays. All of the Doctors were very great listeners, asked if I had any pain, and were able to make any recommendations to Dr. Vuong as needed.
I think his bedside manner was poor. I felt like I was being shamed because I had not been to the doctor since 2019.
