As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Dr. Patel was amazing, answered all of my questions, did the most thorough deep cleaning & made me feel very comfortable.
I hate coming to the dentist. I always wait too long to come in and its always bad news when I finally come in. Its embarrassing for me and I have anxiety about how the staff will treat me/judge me. Dr Patel was amazing and I felt super comfortable with him and. It at all judged. He was extremely thorough, kind, and made sure all my questions were answered. Because of how he treated me I will be coming in regularly, as long as I can have him as my dentist.
Dr Patel was very kind and professional; also he cared enough so I would not feel a lot of pain when he was cleaning the broken tooth or completing the crown phase.
