As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I had a filling and he came in said to open my mouth and gave me a numbing education before warning me or telling the steps or what to expect. I work in healthcare and I would never do something without first explaining the steps or without consent

Didnt listen to me. Didnt help me. Didnt put forth any effort so other dentists could help me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will tell every person I can find to NEVER come here especially for this dentist!
Dr Patel was fantastic. He spoke to me in a way that explains the issues he was seeing what next steps are and what potential future options may be available. He did all this without making me feel ashamed or embarrassed about my dental issues. He focused more on what potential solutions are to help me get my smile back.
The Dentist made my first experience great if possible I would like to keep him as my dentist for follow up visits.
The issues was an old crown that came unglued that needed to be cleaned and established. Dr. Patel was so quick and prompt that I didnt even realize the crown was glued and placed back on. I was surprised when they asked for a second set of x-rays, only to realize the old crown was put back in place. This was exceptional care and professionalism.
The Dentist also went above and beyond to complete an extra procedure that was not originally scheduled I appreciate the flexibility
