As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly.
Dentist was fine. He was thorough with his exam and answered questions I had. He did not explain that hed be the one doing my cleaning though, so that caught me off guard. I liked him and was thankful for the cleaning.
I always have lots of work thats needed. Dr explained all options and costs. I did not feel any pressure to chose one over another
I was expecting only an exam of my broken tooth and then needing to make another appointment for the restoration. Dr. Patel not only performed the exam but offered to perform the restoration immediately. He went above and beyond my expectations.
The dentist was wonderful and had a very kind and understanding demeanor. Both him and assistant were wonderful and making me feel comfortable.
Dentist did not appear to care about the patient it was very clear he was there to get the job done as quickly as possible. I felt uncomfortable.
Simply put, he didnt care. I contacted the manager of the location, because I was upset about this.
