Dr. Saade was very rude, brisk, and curt. He was very rude to his assistant who was having some technical issues with the computer. He was not very comforting or personable. I have severe dental anxiety and autism. Even after telling him this, he was still very short, bordering on mean, when I explained some of my sensory issues. I am looking for another dentist, as I will not use him in the future for any work.

I found that I wasnt able to breathe while he was working, so I had to hold my breath while he worked in increments. We fell into a rhythm and everything went smoothly.

doctor Saade and his assistant Becky I think was her name, work well together. I would have to say this is my best dental experience ever and I have 15 repaired teeth in my mouth which says Ive been to the dentist Lots over the last 50 years. usually Im called in to take care of paperwork before dental work is done. This time we took care of the paperwork after words which was fine also. all your team members did an excellent job to include following CDC guidelines during this pandemic. thanks to all who are taking care of me.

for a new patient exam with complicated health issues affecting the teeth/gums/nerves - the dentist seemed very rushed or under the gun. I feel that my previous provider found more cavities (even small decalcification that need fluoride now to prevent cavities) & had more options available - understood the issues created by all top molars missing, was concerned about a plan to replace those missing molars.

I was asked if I was doing anything that resulted in area of gum regression. I had no clue, and did not feel comfortable with the way the dentist demonstrated what I may have been doing wrong. His attitude was indifferent, and seemed like he was in a hurry to get done. I dont need a pat on the back, but a caring attitude would have gone a long way. Also, putting his instruments on my chest during his exam was not appreciated. Dont these need to go on a tray,,or is the patient the resting place for his instruments?

I had the option to have my cavity fixed at the new Howard location, but I choose to have it filled by the Dentist I have been working with because he has been great to work with. I am sad to leave him, but the new clinic is only 5 minutes from my home and much closer to my children's school.

Excellent language usage a layman can understand with no attempt to impress or intimidate by speaking over ones head or pushy with choices, but spelling out pros & cons of options. Friendly, but very professional & efficient & good & patient at teaching less experienced assistants in best how to. As an ex teacher I can appreciate those skills and attention to detail in the interest of what is best for everyone.

When the dentist injected my gum with the anesthetic, one injection went into the area where my jaw hinges. This was quite painful. It made it hard to keep my mouth open while he was drilling, and it took about a day and a half for the pain to go away completely.

I am very uneasy in the dentist chair - Knowing I was going to have a tooth pulled I became very nervous and shaky. He explained that I would not have any pain and after the procedure was complete he said something to the effect of that was not worth getting all nervous about. I had a tooth pulled because of an error made by dentist. In the process of redoing a crown he did not remove all the debris which lead to more dental procedures and eventually losing my tooth. At this appointment the assistant explained to me that it would cost $80 which I felt I was not responsible for since my dentist did not handle the re-crowing of my tooth correctly. They did waive my fee that day.

I felt my dentist was strongly encouraging either costly bridge or dental implant work instead of focusing on repairing my tooth. He even suggested my tooth had cracked or broken which was not the case or I would have been in pain (tooth #12) I would say though that the posts he installed & the buildup have strengthened that #12 tooth.

Thought he was very thorough and honest!! Felt as though he addressed my problem with an honest solution. Did not try to sell me a service I didn't really need!! I appreciate that greatly!!

My dentist also brought over another dentist to see about what could be done about my bottom teeth very crooked - I thought that was very special.

Choices indicated - pull etc., cement tooth back in - which I chose but he said it won't last - he didn't even drill to give the tooth something to grip on when cementing it back??? Sure it won't hold and then I can give him more business!

Dr. Saade is a very kind, compassionate man, understand my pain tolerance which I appreciate. Very nice to have him as my dentist. Very important to him, that he does the best work on your teeth!
