As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Best dentist Ive ever been to.
The Dr was AMAZING! She was very gently and explained what she was doing and made me very comfortable during this visit.
My whole experience was pleasant. I found myself joking and laughing with the staff.
She was very good, made me feel far more optimistic about my options and had me looking forward to surgery and getting the work that is needed done. Which is an incredible skill on its own. Shes also a very good hummer.
