Made me feel seen!

The dentist chastised the assistant for wasting her time when being prompted to read the last visit note prior to the shave and polish. I feel the tech was correct in not assuming and instead promoting safety by having the dentist take ten seconds to verify the correct scope of the procedure as the Timeout sign on the wall indicates. The dentist did a good job on the shave, and I appreciate that they are busy, but it's disappointing to see their frustration taken out on the tech and frankly unnerving to feel like an irritated dentist is about to shave your front tooth.
