Patient education is a must and I strive to make sure the patient is always involved in the treatment plan and to listen to their chief concern. I have seen numerous times how a healthy smile can transform someone’s confidence. I understand that many people are scared and afraid of visiting the dentist. As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

Absolutely, I cannot recommend her highly enough. The office consistently maintains a clean and contemporary atmosphere, and the staff is both friendly and inviting. I do experience some anxiety regarding dental appointments due to a previous encounter before Dr. Skibinski became my dentist. Dr. Skibinski possesses the gentle approach that helps alleviate any anxiety I may have. She always takes the time to explain what she and her team are doing and ensures that I feel comfortable throughout the process. After each visit, my teeth feel great,and she has played a significant role in restoring my dental health.In addition to all of this, yesterday, she performed a remarkable feat by arranging for me to visit the office the very next day after I expressed my concerns regarding my infected, cracked tooth, which I had delayed having extracted. I am now on day one post-op and feeling well. I cannot commend her highly enough! Dr. Skibinski is exceptional! Perhaps I should have started with that.

Did a good job but had the audacity to propose an option that would require me to come back in 2 weeks to get my filling that I waited a whole hour past my appointment time for. Why would I come back in 2 weeks when I already drove 40 minutes and waited an hour. So annoying
I absolutely love Dr. Skibinski. She is SO positive. She explains everything, gives options. She's very patient - insurance has denied my claim for a partial, I appealed and got denied again, and will continue to appeal again. I was at the try on/adjust stage, and I put that appointment off hoping to get my insurance claim settled by then, but I guess it takes longer to work through these things. I decided to proceed with that partial so my teeth don't move and didn't want to leave Dr Skibinski with the temporary either. She is very understanding.I also want to share that she is positive and engaging with the employees also, asking questions, giving positive encouragement and feedback as she works on me the patient. I really appreciate seeing that, I've had a few great dentists in my life but none that openly included their assistants' complements. I appreciate seeing the positive environment Dr Skibinski creates.

April 17 I called in for an antibiotic. Dr. Emily S. Suggested I come in since she hasn't seen me in a while. I was surprised and pleased that she asked Dr Beecher with whom I had an appointment scheduled for July to also consult on that tooth. Together they gave me a couple of options. I made a decision and I'm so happy that everything went so well. I will have a tooth extracted in the future and I already know the steps it will take and the cost. I was very pleased with the services from both doctors. I'm amazed that Dr. Emily S. Brought In the Breecher and together they killed three birds with one stone. Yes three I also picked up my antibiotics yesterday.
