As a service to our patients we will provide an estimate of costs prior to services rendered. All co-payments or other out-of-pocket expenses will be due at time of service. Dental Associates will submit all claims directly to the patient's insurance company. The insurance company will determine the benefit reimbursement. Any remaining balance is the patient's responsibility.

I initially saw Dr Breecher for a planned root canal. He recommended against it and updated my treatment plan. They advised I call and see if Dr. Brewer could change my crown prep that day to fillings and despite it being a shorter time slot they did it. It was as pleasant an experience as fillings can be and I appreciated Dr Breecher's recommendation in not performing the root canal.
